Prior to starting GESSEN, I spent years involved in both residential construction and hands-on HVAC installation — at actual job sites, using real tools, and meeting real deadlines. I quickly learned that skill alone isn’t enough, what stays with clients is how you treat them. This motivated me to create GESSEN: to deliver clear, straightforward, and accurate HVAC service — covering ductless mini-split installations to furnace upgrades, air conditioning service, and comprehensive comfort system design. I sought to avoid being “just another guy with a van.” I envisioned a company where people felt assured from the first phone call to the completion of the job. I manage every assignment. From a heat pump or air duct cleaning — we don’t leave until it’s done right. I believe in: Effective communication, lasting client relationships, and skilled workmanship — that we take pride in.
