We had two sinks back up and Reuben from Salet was able to come out same day (To Montara from Brisbane) and help us. It was a difficult clog for several reasons, but Reuben tried several different solutions before finding one that worked for us. He stayed optimistic and assured me we'd get the problem fixed one way or another. VERY reasonably priced, prompt and professional service, and user friendly scheduling. Can't recommend enough!

I had two issues....a gas fireplace that would not turn on and a toilet that would not stop running. Mike arrived on time and listened carefully to my concerns. He then diagnosed the problems, offered options for the repairs, and answered all of my questions. When he was done he showed me the defective components and again answered all of my questions. He was polite, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. And when he left everything was in good working order!

We had a Takagi on-demand water heater that unexpectedly quit working. Bummer! No hot water. We called George Salet Plumbing, Inc ... they dispatched Tyler to come troubleshoot our unit.

Tyler was prompt, courteous & professional. He got our Takagi working in a jiffy, but he wasn't optimistic about its long-term functionality. Turns out you have to do regular maintenance to these sorta on-demand water heaters. We'd not. Not once. Not ever. That'd created a whole bunch of problems which Tyler patiently explained. His suggestion was to replace the unit.

""EEK! Expensive! Is our old unit really a terminal case? Can't you futz around with it a bit? Help us get another couple years out of it?"" Tyler was not confident, but agreed. He did some fidgeting & some cleaning & some other technical stuffs I didn't understand & Lo! The unit worked. All was well. We were happy. Tyler was still not optimistic, but he felt confident he'd coerced another couple years out of our old unit.

It was 48hours before our old unit failed again. I phoned GSPInc & asked for Tyler. He was off for the next couple days & wouldn't be back in until the following week. Gah! No hot water for the weekend!?! We shoulda listened to him. We shoulda replaced the unit. Bummer! But we got on Tyler's schedule for the week following.

Who phoned me ON HIS DAY OFF!?! Tyler ... he apologized for the old unit's failure, said he'd done what he could, etc. But I felt he'd done a great job. It wasn't his fault. It was ours. We chose the cheaper option which was to fix our old unit. That's on us, not Tyler or GSPInc. So we agreed to replace the unit.

Tyler came the following week & replaced our old Takagi with a new sleeker, sexier Takagi that runs more efficiently, etc. Super stoked to be able to take long showers & wash dishes while we do our laundry. And we're super-super stoked with George Salet Plumbing, Inc & will be sure to do regular maintenance on our Takagi ... & when we do, we're gonna be sure to ask for Tyler.

Excellent service & work!

George Salet Plumbing installed an external gas line for our new fireplace. The team was very professional. George Salet took time to explain the process to me and was available for follow up questions. He came out twice to look at the fireplace prior to installation to make sure everything was good to go.
Trevor who did the actual installation was extremely friendly and professional. He did great work, was very knowledgeable and proactive in communicating the process to me.

I highly recommend them and will hire them back for any additional work.

The BEST! On a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend, after wasting 2 hours waiting for Ace plumbing to show up (they never did, nor did they call), I was desperate to have our toilet fixed before the weekend. I called George Salet Plumbing, they came out within 90 minutes and took care of everything.

Fernando was friendly, professional, competent, quick and neat. He put on shoe protectors before coming in and protected our bathroom floor with a mat. He explained the problem, told me the cost of the replacement part, and actually had the part in his truck --a real time-saver!

Very reasonable price for the repair, no separate charge for labor or travel time. And a 1 year warranty for the repair! What's not to like?

I'll be calling GS Plumbing from now on for all our plumbing needs. And so should you! If you need a good plumber, stop looking and call this company. You'll be glad you did!

George Salet Plumbing did an amazing job with our repair, fixing damage caused by a previous plumber. It is easy to see why they were highly recommended by Angie's List, Yelp, and our neighbors.

Isaac and Ruben were extremely professional, courteous and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. It was evident that they took pride in the quality of their work.

I highly recommend them. We will definitely use them again.
