He had the right solutions for my slow kitchen drain and worn shower faucet cassette that got the job done at the least cost. Alan Byrne at George Salet Plumbing is a genius. He diagnosed the fatal problem with our old water heater in under two minutes, and he and his colleague installed a new water heater and carted away the old one in under 3 hours. Our past experience with Salet Plumbing was great and we decided to see if they were able to help. I owe George Salet Plumbing a big apology! They helped me out several months ago, and I just realized I never wrote them a review. Truly excellent service from this company. My washing machine had been causing water overflows in my garage, and my regular plumber said I needed somebody capable of industrial-scale work to come root out the pipes. That's what George Salet Plumbing did, and I've had no flooding since then. I wish I'd called them much sooner.

I work at an upscale property here in the city, and we have a lineal fire pit onsite that had not worked for years and several other companies would not even come out to look at. I ended up calling George Salet and they sent Alan out to take a look. We went through the drawings and the electrical plans, did some troubleshooting and found the problem. I ordered the parts and Alan came back when they arrived and WE MADE FIRE!!

I have not used George Salet Plumbing for any actual plumbing issues (yet) But what I got that so impressed me was the willingness to work through a difficult problem and GET IT DONE. The job that they did made everybody involved just look great and I am so very thankful.

I called them in the middle of the coronavirus madness and despite the inconvenience the company sent a plumber. It was a little work but it was something that I deemed as really important and needed. Alan did a great job, he was punctual, corteuos and fixed the bathroom leak that was driving me nuts. Great job Alan!

Amidst the coronavirus and being 8 months pregnant we had an absolutely fantastic experience with Alan Byrne. He is professional, experienced, ensures the work is done correctly, the quote was very reasonable (we called 3 other plumbers too) and they were clean and very careful entering our home. He installed our Grohe shower controls, spout and showerhead. Our building is tricky because it's a condo and requires water shutoffs but he was patient and worked through the parts and what the previous plumber had left behind. I will be calling Alan for all our families plumbing needs moving forward. So happy we found someone we can trust and rely on.

Important to know that they dont work on the weekends. Then, you can't just book an appointment - you have to first get an estimate. So I take time off of work to meet them at my apartment for an estimate on my broken toilet, which they subsequently email (the next day). Then you can't just call them back with the estimate to book the appointment directly - you have to accept the estimate online and then don't call them - they will call you. Of course I am at work so by the time I figure it all out and play phone tag to try and make an appointment after having accepted the online estimate, they tell me their first available appointment to actually fix the toilet is 2 weeks away. A week lost trying to book with them!

The technician that helped us out today was Alan Byrne. He was extremely nice, super knowledgeable, and was able to fix both our furnaces in under 30 minutes! I highly recommend!!!

Fantastic. Alan has serviced my gas fireplace on numerous occasions. I was extremely impressed by how thorough he was and how much expertise he brought to bear on my fireplace repair.
