Starting at the beginning, David called to confirm work requested. David is a professional customer service representative. Communication continued with acknowledgment of the plumbers that would arrive at my home within x time. Will Sexton and Pablo Garza greeted me and put booties on over their shoes prior to coming in! Who does this anymore? Excellent! Will and Pablo were patient with me and answered all of my questions. We worked out a great plan of what I could do today, and what I would save for a few months. They didn't waste anytime. Throughly hard working conscientious men! I'll be requesting them specifically for future needs, and I will make sure when referring these two are asked for. At the end of the day, clean up was excellent, issues were solved and I have a beautiful, new Kohler toilet!
Who knew, I could be so thrilled? Great work gentlemen.

Apparently 2024-2025 has decided to be my era of plumbing problems. After a terrible experience with another company I started using George Plumbing. They have fixed a hall bathroom sink, an upstairs tub gasket, connected a gas grill to my main gas line, fixed a leaking washing machine line, replaced a water heater, and now Tyler and Nathan fixed some kind of crazy rat chewed kitchen sink line. Every time they have been prompt, or called me to tell me if there is a delay and offered to reschedule. They go through the options and pricing so there are no surprises. What I like is they are very good at troubleshooting. The issues I have had were not always straightforward (especially the 1970's bathtub) and they used different methods to determine a fix. All of the work is warrantied for two years, which is much better than the six months to a year most other places offer. They keep a lot of the supplies on the truck which is awesome because they aren't leaving back and forth to the plumbing supply. Overall, my experience has been really solid, which is not easy to find in this city.

Christopher and Freddy came out the next morning after I discovered a leak from the bathroom sink. They ended up replacing the faucet and related parts. While here had them flush the hot water heater where we discovered another slow leak and fixed that up too. They were friendly, efficient, cleaned up, and did a great job!

2 lavatory faucets needed repair or replacing. Tyler (working with Nathan) supplied me with 3 options regarding the work and the pricing. They both were so professional, courteous and clean. Worst experience ever. I have an 80 year old house. The bathtub in one bathroom was fine. I took a shower in a this seldom used bathtub. The hot water would not shut off when done. Hey George! The plumber, Christopher Posada, looked at it and gave me 3 options. Take it all out and replace the controls for $2000. Or rebuild all of the controls for a smaller amount, I forget the amount. Or as he called it a band aid repair for $500. Because the water was running and had been for days, I opted for the band aid fix. That is, repair the leaking faucet. When he was finished, the faucet was working as it should, but the shower diverter would not work.IT WASN'T BROKEN WHEN HE STARTED. He told me it was not repairable because the seat was stripped. He stripped it. Not me. Why did he touch it when it was one faucet that needed repair? He kept saying antique plumbing needs replacement. NO IT DOESN'T. Worst $500 I ever spent.
I found a plumber who said he knows old plumbing, came in, fixed the diverter that he said was installed wrong. And he charged me $85.00 to re-install it correctly. It's not hey George. It's BYE George.
