We called on George Plumbing to solve a mysterious water leak in our primary bathroom. They sent 30 year expert Shawn V. Jackson. Shawn diagnosed the problem and his fix not only solved it, but did so in a way that avoided the possibility of expensive demolition. A lot of time and money was saved due to his experience and expertise. It was great to watch a real Pro in action, and in addition he's a really good guy. If you're reading this looking for a reputable plumbing company, you've found it.

Poor quality of pipe used in installing my water heater in October 2019 (just 3.5 years ago) causing corrosion on my water heater and causing leak. When I called this company back for assistance, they are not very friendly and no willing to fix the pipe, though I am ready to pay the cost. Now I need to keep looking for another company to replace the whole unit. I would not recommend this company. I have another water heater unit which is running fine for the 11 years, without any corrosion on pipe connections. The pipe material used in the connection is having poor quality. Do not trust this company.

Had them come out to remove and old toilet and install new. Honestly, this should have taken maybe 1 to 1.5 hours at most - 2.5 hours is what it took them. Work seems to be of quality but sure seems that they were milking the clock. No good explanation for time it took.

The toilet that was replaced about a year ago when I had new tile put in was not installed properly and came loose. I hate to use the phone so I went to the George Plumbing Company website and there was an area to just describe what I needed and set up an appointment. It seems like they answered me about 5 minutes after I sent the message to them and the appointment was scheduled for a couple days later since that fit my schedule . (they could have come earlier). I got an email that Shawn and Nathan would arrive about 5-10 minutes earlier than expected about 40 minutes before they came and then a phone call about a half hour before they came. The email included a photo of the technicians. When they arrived about 10 minutes early, they got right to work and were done in about an hours time. The previous installers had used bolts that rusted out and broke so they put appropriate brass ones in and used toilet shims rather than the flat pencil that the previous installer had used. Appreciate their good, quick work. You da crew Shawn and Nathan! Thanks.

Doug came out to repair some plumbing issues in my father's house. My father has recently passed away and we are selling the home and needed a quick resolution to be able to sell the home. He was great at communicating and making the process as smooth as possible. He did was was requested and was efficient and professional.

I had George Plumbing come out to reset a toilet. Problem was my foundation had settled, thereby making the repair impossible. They temped in my toilet and came back and fixed it after I had the foundation reset.

Had a leak in my front yard. Lee showed up right at expected time and immediately got to work. Work was quick and Lee was very professional. He was patient and took the time to explain what he did and how he did it. Offered suggestions for future problems and never spoke to me in a condescending tone because of my lack of knowledge. Here's the thing about George's.....just stop looking for a plumber, boot anyone else sashay them all away. My experience with this company is top notch, they are courteous professional quick and give you a no nonsense quote. Other companies might hire their workers to be sales people first to sell you on unnecessary work before they get to the actual problem but George will give it to you straight and that's what we all need when it comes to home repairs. You can't go wrong with having this company come to do your repairs bc they will let you know what's wrong nor tack on anything you don't need.
