Friendly and professional but...
I can not recommend this company because of their prices. I understand the convince of having parts on hand and quick dispatch of techs but paying nearly $200 for 15 min of troubleshooting an electrical switch seems outrageous. I was never informed of the cost until the job was done. I would never have gone forward otherwise. I would have expected a min trip charge of maybe $50 or $60 but this was beyond overpriced. I could understand if he spent an hour or so and had a difficult job but not for a simple fix. Sorry guys but I'll be going small & local.

A company that really values its customers.

We hired George Brazil to fix multiple electrical issues. While most of the issues were resolved, we did have two lingering issues that were not handled well. I raised the issues through George Brazil's management and they have agreed to resolve the issues. With the exception of a small blip in overall service, I have found George Brazil to be a reputable and professional company that truly values customer feedback and is dedicated to showing their customers that they are valued.

I will be using George Brazil's services in the future.

We had to replace the main breaker on the electrical panel for our home, and Tony V. was the electrician sent to us by George Brazil. He was very professional and great at explaining what the issues were so that we could understand. He was thorough and efficient getting the job done. Later that week we had issues with our hot water heater and George Brazil sent one of their plumbers, Shane Cotton, out to diagnose and fix the problem. They were at our house shortly after I called and Shane spent hours at our house working on the problem. It was already after dark when he left, he wanted to make sure the problem was fixed and wasn't leaving until he was sure. I'm extremely grateful to have hot water again and for George Brazil's awesome service.

After years of working with one of GB's competitors, I decided try George Brazil. Scheduled an appointment at my residence for between 8 and 12. Not unusual, but GB should note that competitors are narrowing their range to be more customer friendly. I told the rep I needed to be at work at least in the afternoon and he promised to get someone there ""first thing."" I get a call at 11AM and I'm told someone will be here by 11:30. I reluctantly agree - at least so I can get an estimate. 10 minutes later I get a call saying the technician can't make it and can I reschedule for another day.
Half day wasted. This afternoon I'll find a licensed and bonded small business-person, the kind that still treats customers well.

Absolutely the best service! I have used them for my heating/cooling and plumbing. Yes, they are a little costly, but I would use them for any service and recommend them highly!

I have always had excellent service from George Brazil. I recently had the pleasure of working with Rose. She came out twice---the first visit for a check up and capacitor change, the second visit for a coil cleaning. She was exceptional. Extremely friendly, professional and efficient. We contacted George Brazil to troubleshoot our hot water heater. The tech was scheduled to arrive between 12:00-5:00. The tech arrived around 5:30. He spent approximately 30 minutes attempting to take the cover off and was unsuccessful. He said he would contact the manufacturer and would be back to fix it the next day. The next day he called and said he doesn't know how to fix it and apologized for wasting our time.

Never like having an unexpected plumbing issue but I ""Called George"" and they were very professional from the initial call on a Saturday to when they came a couple days later. Vinny was very patient with a my questions to explain what my issue was. They seem to have a good reputation so rather than doing the research to find a plumber I simply ""called George"".
