Called 10:30 AM and made appointment, was assured appointment between noon and 6:00. Just now (3:30 PM) notified that they wouldn't come today. We have a water leak and main water turned off. No water all day! You can bet that I will not use George Brazil Plumbing in the future.

Needed help with a water heater after returning from vacation. Got an appointment same night I called (thank you!) and then while our Tech, Ira, was here, asked if he could replace some supply lines under the kitchen sink, too. He had all the right supplies on his truck, was friendly, courteous, professional, and a good conversationalist. I would use George Brazil again, and commend Ira for the good qualities and professionalism. I liked the e-mail notification and introduction showing his photo before he arrived for security...great idea. Also appreciated the phone call from dispatch stating his ETA. Every aspect was great.

Dave M. replaced a bathroom faucet plus the supply lines and shut-offs. We'd have him back any time. He was pleasant, quick, thorough, and left everything clean and tidy. Excellent work!

We have had them come out twice in the last five years and I will continue to use them. They arrive when they say they are they get the work done fast. All work and estimates are explained before proceeding I have never had any issues come up with the repairs that have been done. This last visit they went above and beyond in an attempt to find a leak inside my wall and were able to find the leak without having to pay for a location service.

We had used this company once before to do annual service on our heating system. After he left, we discovered he never accessed the service panel of the unit because he did not have a key but he never asked for one either. Upon scheduling them again six months later for due the annual service on our AC unit, they scheduled us for a day with a window between 8:00 AM - !2:00 Noon. We received a phone call the previous day confirming they would be here within that time frame. when they did not arrive by 12:00 Noon we called and were told the window was between 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM and that the service technician would arrive by 2:00 PM. When asked why the schedule was changed without notifying us we were told that we were left with a message the prior day that it was still 8:00 AM - 12:00 Noon. I even played the voice mail that was left yet he continued to say that was wrong. The fact that the customer was never kept in the loop is an example of their customer service which is something will not tolerate. They are too much like many other contractors in the Phoenix metro area who fail in the customer service area. We would highly recommend many other contractors in the area before using George Brazil.

Had a pretty leaky pipe from not being able to finish a repair job I started due to some slight complications. I should have just shut my water off at the main and called it a night. Instead I reached out for help. 2 hours after the initial call to have a tech come out and a $125 emergency fee the tech gives me a quote of an extra $190 to replace a $6 valve and line. Both things of which I already had. And that could possibly be ""just the beginning"". I paid the tech the emergency fee and sent him on his way. The ring from the nut was stuck to the pipe due to calcification so I couldn't get the new line on. Simple removal when you have the right tools, which I obviously didn't have. Definitely taken advantage of at a time when I felt a bit desperate.

** Update: Bought myself a dremel, cut the nut ring off and replaced the valve and line.. myself. Fixed! Pft!

Called George Brazil Plumbing to fix an outdoor spigot which had frozen shut from calcium buildup. Ernesto J. was our field service technician and immediately put us at ease. Not only did he fix the spigot, but he also began troubleshooting a few other problems we discovered around the house. He was able to fix everything, changed our RO filters, and also performed a free water heater flush. It was a great experience. Polite, smart repair people seem to be dwindling from the planet. We're grateful for Ernesto J. and his plumbing talents.

Needed a toilet repair/replacement & the company I normally use could not come for 6 days. Called George Brazil and they had a plumber at my house in less than 4 hours. Ernesto determined the necessary repairs and had the work completed (including going to get the necessary parts) in less than 3 hours. He was professional, and beyond courteous - a true pleasure to work with. I will use them again in the future as I appreciate the combination of quick service and an extremely knowledgeable and courteous technician.

They rescheduled twice and when he finally came out he didnt even look into the issue before giving me a ridiculous quote. Then wanted to charge me an 80 service charge when i was told 40 when i scheduled them to come out. And said he would cut me a break and only charge me 40.
