The guys at George Brazil from the start we're incredible to deal with. My ac went out over the holiday weekend so I call chasroberts and got basic info but nothing more the tech didn't seem fully knowledgeable about their products. They did recommend a second option. So I did and went with GB. Best move I made they are very knowledgable , explained everything they did, doing and are going to do right from the start. The service tech mykel very knowledgeable and professional. The two techs Sam and Colby that came out to install everything were very professional worked great as a team, arrived early and got the install done in a reasonable time frame for a two story house. If you're thinking about either having your ac checked or upgraded go with George Brazil. I will highly recommend them.

Scheduled AC Tune Up for my home in Surprise - On time and professional. Advised needed a few things changed. He would do at no charge but if pin broke would need to charge $250 for recharge of system. After inspection advised needed new cap. $350 charge. Part was $44. It took 10 minutes to install!!! Was advised this is a set fee and would take it out if I wanted. Price gouging at its finest. If you can use someone else please do!!!!!

If I could give a 0 I would. I have used them in the past for air and was satisfied, so I decided to try them for plumbing. I had an appointment for today for my backed up sink/broken garbage disposal (made 2 days ago). I get a call at 11.30am (for a 2pm appointment time). I call back and am told that my appointment is cancelled because they overbooked and that they can come out Monday (4 days from today). Mind you, my sink is FLOODED. I am so disgusted with this company, this is bullshit. I will NEVER use them again, which is a shame considering I really liked the guy who did my air. BEWARE

My tenants called and said the A/C was out plus other electrical in the house was not working. I tried to get a hold of my electrician, but he could not come out until first thing in the morning. This was June and the tenants needed power for the A/C and refer. They called George Brazil and were told it had to be authorized by the owner. I called the office and told them it had to be this afternoon. They sent a tech and the cost was $40 to come out. The tech called me and said he smelled something in the main panel or meter socket. For him to diagnose the problem it would be $135. After diagnosing the problem, he told me the main breaker was blown. He gave me a quote of $4,752 to replace the meter socket, main panel, conduit riser, permit, and bonding. I told him no way, could he just replace the main breaker. The quote for that was $900+. I do this type of work where I live and I know the breaker is only around $100. So that's $800 to for 15 minutes work! Plus the $135 and tax. The total was $1202.45!!!

I called my electrician and asked him what he would have charged. He said at the most, $450.

So I had to update yet again. When I found out what the problem was, I also filed a complaint with the ""Provide Feedback"" link on the GB website at the same time. Within a day I received a message from their CS Manager. We had a nice conversation after a couple of days of phone tag, he was extremely apologetic and was very upset that someone from his company would misdiagnose our AC, whether it was due to lack of appropriate training or dishonesty. Additionally, GB is reimbursing me the cost of the other company repairing our unit. Now, I don't know many other companies-if there are any-who would take the time to take the issue seriously AND offer compensation as a way of acknowledging an error in order to ensure customer satisfaction. The usual response I get is ""Sorry, we'll look into it."" So a BIG THANK YOU to George Brazil for their accountability and customer service and I will remain a customer of theirs.

How do you make money if you only charge $40 for a tune up? Tell the customer they need to service their A/C for $300 of course. I wouldn't use these guys again. They didn't provide enough information to persuade us that we really needed refrigerant. Didn't directly answer my questions about it. And, didn't measure the temperature coming out of the vents which Orangutan did. I would go to them with my future needs. Also, before you agree to any service or repairs do your research!

The service was on time, friendly and setting up the appointment was easy. I thought I was getting an AC maintenance, and maybe I misunderstood what they were doing, but I thought it would involve something more, like a cleaning or adding water or ""maintenance"".

The guy checked our AC on the roof and the vents in the attic. Bottom line, our AC is old, it's barely running, and I need a cleaning. This finding cost me $42+ and that was the maintenace.

They offered a cleaning for $700++ and a 3 year contract for about $300+. I called another company to do the cleaning and have saved $400......

Just two weeks ago had garbage disposal replaced at my ex-wife's Scottsdale home.
I provided a partial $200 payment by check on completion of service, which was satisfactory, but expensive. Unfortunately, my account had been subsequently closed due to an unauthorized internet POS transaction. Yesterday, I received a letter from Ms. Rocco ofBrazil collection Dept. I immediately responded with a phone call to Ms. Rocco and left a voicemail requestin a re-deposit of original check and a call back so that I could explain what had happenedThe following day (today) I received notice that Brazil had place a lien on my ex-wife's home. Evidently this was more expedient for Brazil than a call back and deposit of original check. Lien action for a service provided only two weeks ago seems an extraordinarily un-friendly response. Lien placement within two weeks of service and refusal to re-deposit dishonored check, or even call back is more than disappointing. To be sure this is a back office challenge. Certainly hopr Brazil will respond to this, as any kind of feedback would be appreciated!

While I was impressed with their prompt attention on coming out to inspect my AC, I will never use them again!!! My husband told the guy exactly what needed to be fixed when he got here. REALLY REALLY expensive!! The guy was at my house less than 20 minutes. I researched part after he left and it was only $11 online, however we paid 400% more. When I called the office to ask about this the guy answering the phone said ""Im sorry, I don't make the prices. Either you accept or decline the repair. It is what it is."" what kind of customer service is that????
