The woman who answers the phone was great about keeping in contact with me about the time that I could expect them. Yes, they showed up about an hour later than the two-hour window I was given, but I didn't mind.

I was tired of paying a lot of money for a plumber to come out just to snake the drain. I have used this company before as a renter in an apartment to clear a blocked sink. Now we own a home and had a blocked main line at the bottom of our driveway that connects to the city sewer.

I called in the morning and they were able to schedule an appointment for the same day. Jess and George both came out, saw the problem and had it fixed within a matter of minutes. After the line was clear, they flushed the toilets and ran water for awhile to make sure the problem was solved. After they were done, the took the time to give me some additional information on how the house is piped and some tips/tricks for prevention in the future.

The price was the exact amount that I was quoted over the phone and the service was excellent. Jess and George were friendly, knowledgable and let me know exactly what they were doing each step of the way. I will absolutely call them in the future!

I unfortunately wasted my time trying to use the plumber's book of home remedies (eg., baking soda and vinegar; auger; bleach; taping up other connected drains and plunging) with no success - in fact it was much worse.

At Walmart I was advised to give Baird's a call, and I am so happy that I did. Within 2 hours the problem was solved, and at a reasonable price with a guarantee.

George is nice and caring. The service is fast and reasonable. I wish I could give five stars but the woman who answers the phone is rude and abrupt! She hangs up in your face and is absolutely rude. I use them because of George.

These guys are the best. I've been using them for about 7 years now and they never disappoint. After a whole weekend of repeated attempts to unclog my main bathroom drain using a plunger, liquid clog remover, and finally a manual drain snake I gave up. At the end my main bathroom sink was still clogged, and I made things worse because my master bathroom sink was now also clogged. Not to mention the two days I spent trying to unclog the sink and going back and forth to Home Depot for the tools I needed (manual drain snake, liquid clog remover), I spent about $50 + gas for the couple of trips to Home Depot. My brain finally kicked in, and I finally decided to call Baird's on Monday, July 3rd. I figured they wouldn't be able to come until after the July 4th holiday, but they came that same day in the afternoon. As usual they came in and quickly fixed my clogged restroom drains. I paid them them their $25 fee, and they were on their way and I was a happy customer for the wonderful service. Why didn't I call them from the beginning to avoid all the trouble you may ask? I was convinced this would be and easy job that I could do myself and wouldn't need to call the professionals. In hindsight, I should've called them right away. I ended up spending about $100 to get the drains unclogged (about $75 spent trying to do it myself and $25 for Bairds doing it for me). Lesson learned. Bottom line, these guys come out quickly, do a great job getting your drains unclogged, and the price cannot be beat. Next time I will call them right away and give up trying to do the job they have mastered.
