Once again these guys were fantastic. I would never have anybody else come out to clear a drain except Baird's. I had a sewer line that was backing up into my house. I couldn't run water in anything in the house without it backing up somewhere else. It was really bad. Josh came out and spent several hours, not giving up until the job was done. He's very pleasant to work with, and does a great job. And the price was definitely right. I think I've had everybody from Baird's come out to my house at some point in time over the years, they are all professional, and they all get the job done while not charging outrageous prices. I highly recommend their service.

Pretty expensive service, he asked for $450 snake out the sewer line. Haha dont think im a woman and dumb dumb. Of course no thank you thats whole week paycheck. I only paid 170$ from another plumming service they were more sincere.

Clogged toilet led to the call. A friendly guy arrived, checked it with a bucket of water and declared it working just fine. I told him it clogged up after about a week of use. He said I had a 'touchy' toilet and nothing to be done. Kindly he didn't charge for the 10 min. call and left.I ordered a new toilet, knowing my wife wouldn't put up with a 'touchy' toilet any longer. It clogged up within 2 days and I had to have another plumber visit. He pulled the toilet and found roots clogging the pipe. 20 min. of root removal and he replaced the toilet. Works great! So, this co. sends guys who don't know or don't want to work. Simply not qualified.

Jess and Rob were out two hours after my call, Super professional, Completed the work in 30 minutes, helped me with some other plumbing questions and were super reasonably priced. If you have a drain issue you'd be a fool not to call these guys!

These guys are amazing! I just love them - Have to call them about once a year to snake the main (old house) they are quick and reasonable. Last year when they were busy, I had to call a big name company and they tried to tell me I had an off set pipe and it would be like $6000. OMG. Pretty sure that was not necessary and didn't do it. They are great and don't up sell. I will always use them. My day just got way better - thank you!!

I found this company on Yelp and decided to call them up for drain unclogging services. Everything went smoothly, from scheduling to getting the job done. I used their services twice within a week's time, and were very happy both times. They have become my go to drain cleaning company should the old drains in my house get clogged again.

Plumbers are very nice. Not at all rude and know what they are doing. However the receptionist is rude. I've been calling for weeks about money that I didn't have to pay because I was still under warranty. There must not be any communication or paper work written for orders. Or else the plumber would have known not to charge for work that was still under the warranty. I shouldn't be treated rudely for their mess up. I will remove this review once the issue is resolved and I stop getting the run around. And if the receptionist does not like her job then she shouldn't be answering the phones and giving customers attitude.
