I called them for a clogged main drain in the house. They were quick to respond when I reached out and quoted a reasonable price. They had a plumber out here within 2 hours who was very professional and snaked out the drain at the price I was quoted.

My toilets, sinks and tubs were not working and backing up on a Sunday. Called Genuine and they came right over but quoted $1900 to snake and pressure wash the pipes. After negotiating that ridiculous price down to $750, they did the job. When I tested all the toilets, sinks and tubs, one tub was still clogged. Since I had already paid them, the plumber refused to correct the problem without more payment. I sent him packing and will hire an honorable outfit to fix the problem.

The gentleman that came to fix my sink was very professional and knew exactly what to do to get the job done. My house is a new construction and the plumber who initially installed the pipes under the sink used the wrong items, so that's great to hear. We have used genuine plumbing multiple times over the past few years. I would consider them our family plumber, as they have helped us through various plumbing emergencies and regular use issues. They are professional, respectful of our home, excellent work and service done right the first time and highly responsive with communication. The services performed by Clint and his son have included: sewer line repair with camera viewing and full report prior to service, toilet repair, garbage disposal repair, faucet replacement, installation of gas line to our fireplace and water filtration system installation.

Tuesday I had a new refrigerator delivered and the installers didn't have the correct water attachment. They started to tell me what I needed, which sounded foreign to me. I called Genuine and they showed up in 10 minutes while the installers were still here, BINGO!!! 20 minutes everything was completed???

Then 5 days later, my kitchen drain clogged up big time. Yes it was a Sunday and they showed up right away.
This was a major situation however everything is in working order once again.

If you value reliability, professional know how and quality workmanship, give Genuine a try. Having a reliable plumbing service is a must in life.

Wow, I can't believe how great this plumber is and how quickly they fixed our problem. I read all the reviews before I called Clint and was surprised there was not one bad one among them. Now I see why. We had a plumber come out and snake our drain the week before Clint came out, which did nothing and charged me $135 for that. Clint came over and went under the house (raised foundation) to check the problem. He came back out with a video of what was going on under there, which was a leak in the pipes way on the other side of the house from the crawl space and was shooting water into our furnace too. He fixed that problem so quickly I couldn't believe it was done.

He also provided an estimate with a cash price and credit price. The cash price included a nice discount and we were happy to pay it since he had his guys replace all the piping in our kitchen sink and washer area. My husband was home during the repairs and he said the guys were super nice and professional, and cleaned up after the repairs. He also provided them with cold drinks and snacks in a cooler for which they were very appreciative.

I can't recommend Genuine Plumbing and Rooter enough. Their name says it all: Genuine. Thank you, Clint!
