I am so grateful to this company. I called last Wednesday evening, pretty panicked, as gas was leaking out of our 14 month old defective water heater which was put in by a plumber who was recommended to us but one we were having issues with. Clint answered the phone and listened patiently as I told him the gas company was on the way over to inspect it and asked his advice as to future repairs, how to deal with this plumber, etc. He told me to text him back after the gas company inspected as he would be up until 10 or 11pm (I was impressed) and let him know what the inspector found. Long story short, the inspector definitely picked up gas, tagged the unit and shut it off. The original plumber came back the next morning and suggested replacing a third part on the water heater and said it ""should"" be fine. But he clearly sold us a lemon and didn't offer to really make things right! We were tired of the cold water, the plumber's incompetence and now having a dangerous gas leak. No bueno! My husband and I knew that it was time to wave goodbye to the previous plumber and take a different direction. So I texted Clint and he scheduled us for the following morning to have a brand new quality water heater installed at a fair price. The two people who came to do the install were professional and did a really nice job. We now have a new plumber who is (I sense) deals honestly and fairly. A big change from what we experienced with the previous plumber for sure!

Save yourself some time and money and just go with these guys. Genuine was recommended by my brother-in-law and he was right. Professional, efficient and good pricing. No add-on selling or ""you had better get that other thing fixed or else"" warnings. Just great work.

My water heater was on its last legs so I figured I wouldn't wait for a flood. I got visits and bids from two other companies. Both were surprisingly expensive and wanted me to install a water heater that I felt was overkill. There are only two of us in this house and the bathrooms are less than 30' from the water heater. All I needed was to replace my 40-gallon with something reasonable.

I spoke with Clint and got a bid online. I took pictures of my current unit and the surroundings and Clint sent an estimate in less than a half-hour. It was a reasonable estimate, especially compared to the others I had received - i.e., much less expensive.

Clint arrived on the agreed time and got straight to work. He had even set up the water heater the night before to speed the installation which only took about 2.5 hours. Clint was professional, wore a mask, worked clean and didn't leave any mess. Not even a footprint. The install was perfect and we hardly knew he was here working. The only evidence is a detailed receipt and hotter water.
