Genuine was able to give me an appointment for early the next day and was able to run a camera down to see the source of the clogging. They gave us a discount on clearing the clog down the line and were able to clear it up within 2 hours. They were courteous, and did a good post-job cleanup. I'd recommend them for future needs.

We had a plugged drain. I called and spoke with Clinton. He sent out Clinton Jr. right away! Clinton Jr. tried unclogging the drain from an outside clean out. Since that didn't clear the drain completely he recommended that I have the line water jetted. He gave me a price and explained the process, no pressure, I accepted the price. My toilets, sinks and tubs were not working and backing up on a Sunday. Called Genuine and they came right over but quoted $1900 to snake and pressure wash the pipes. After negotiating that ridiculous price down to $750, they did the job. When I tested all the toilets, sinks and tubs, one tub was still clogged. Since I had already paid them, the plumber refused to correct the problem without more payment. I sent him packing and will hire an honorable outfit to fix the problem.
