The gentleman that came to fix my sink was very professional and knew exactly what to do to get the job done. My house is a new construction and the plumber who initially installed the pipes under the sink used the wrong items, so that's great to hear. We have used genuine plumbing multiple times over the past few years. I would consider them our family plumber, as they have helped us through various plumbing emergencies and regular use issues. They are professional, respectful of our home, excellent work and service done right the first time and highly responsive with communication. The services performed by Clint and his son have included: sewer line repair with camera viewing and full report prior to service, toilet repair, garbage disposal repair, faucet replacement, installation of gas line to our fireplace and water filtration system installation.

Tuesday I had a new refrigerator delivered and the installers didn't have the correct water attachment. They started to tell me what I needed, which sounded foreign to me. I called Genuine and they showed up in 10 minutes while the installers were still here, BINGO!!! 20 minutes everything was completed???

Then 5 days later, my kitchen drain clogged up big time. Yes it was a Sunday and they showed up right away.
This was a major situation however everything is in working order once again.

If you value reliability, professional know how and quality workmanship, give Genuine a try. Having a reliable plumbing service is a must in life.

Wow, I can't believe how great this plumber is and how quickly they fixed our problem. I read all the reviews before I called Clint and was surprised there was not one bad one among them. Now I see why. We had a plumber come out and snake our drain the week before Clint came out, which did nothing and charged me $135 for that. Clint came over and went under the house (raised foundation) to check the problem. He came back out with a video of what was going on under there, which was a leak in the pipes way on the other side of the house from the crawl space and was shooting water into our furnace too. He fixed that problem so quickly I couldn't believe it was done.

He also provided an estimate with a cash price and credit price. The cash price included a nice discount and we were happy to pay it since he had his guys replace all the piping in our kitchen sink and washer area. My husband was home during the repairs and he said the guys were super nice and professional, and cleaned up after the repairs. He also provided them with cold drinks and snacks in a cooler for which they were very appreciative.

I can't recommend Genuine Plumbing and Rooter enough. Their name says it all: Genuine. Thank you, Clint!

I am so grateful to this company. I called last Wednesday evening, pretty panicked, as gas was leaking out of our 14 month old defective water heater which was put in by a plumber who was recommended to us but one we were having issues with. Clint answered the phone and listened patiently as I told him the gas company was on the way over to inspect it and asked his advice as to future repairs, how to deal with this plumber, etc. He told me to text him back after the gas company inspected as he would be up until 10 or 11pm (I was impressed) and let him know what the inspector found. Long story short, the inspector definitely picked up gas, tagged the unit and shut it off. The original plumber came back the next morning and suggested replacing a third part on the water heater and said it ""should"" be fine. But he clearly sold us a lemon and didn't offer to really make things right! We were tired of the cold water, the plumber's incompetence and now having a dangerous gas leak. No bueno! My husband and I knew that it was time to wave goodbye to the previous plumber and take a different direction. So I texted Clint and he scheduled us for the following morning to have a brand new quality water heater installed at a fair price. The two people who came to do the install were professional and did a really nice job. We now have a new plumber who is (I sense) deals honestly and fairly. A big change from what we experienced with the previous plumber for sure!
