Our home plumbing needs constant attention. The gentlemen at Genteel have been the most consistent and professional technicians we have worked with to date. Sam was amazing. He installed new plumbing in the kitchen and bathroom sinks and we love the work. Marcus and Carlos were also very helpful and personable technicians. Marcus is courteous, genuine, and knowledgeable. They did a great job and I recommend their expertise.

Amazing job done by David, Edgar and Gregorio! They replaced an old toilet with a major leak issue effortlessly and rebuilt the piping under the kitchen sink in no time at all. We had a Sunday toilet emergency and they were readily available to come out when other companies were not. More over the inspection is free of charge! So it was relieve upon relieve. Then their technician, David, came by within 20 mins. Due to some complication on our end we did not have people to open door for him. So he came back 30 minutes friendly and no frustrations. A very friendly person.
He then assessed and helped us fix the issue, quickly and cleanly. Answering a long list of questions we had. Overall it was a very satisfying and relieving experience on Sunday afternoon.

I have to say, I had a slightly confusing interaction with their crew at first. BUT the owner Graham, called me and really smoothed things over.

We have a restaurant and our back up hot water heater went out on a Friday!

Marcus the technician came at the time stated, and their dispatch notified me when he was on his way.

This morning they installed a brand new water heater and we only lost water for 10 minutes.

I had an appointment scheduled for today from 11am to 5pm
for an estimate for a tankless water heater. The lady on the phone
gave me an 6 hour window and would not give me a set time appointment.
I told her I do not like large appt windows as the estimators never show up... Sure enough.. No one showed up??? Wasted my entire day waiting and could not do anything. I called and a man answered and said he had nothing scheduled for me today and did not know what happened??
Told them I was not interested in doing business with their company.
