These guys are great--I would recommend them
very highly! We discovered a backed up toilet in our Airbnb unit on a Saturday afternoon just before a new set of guests were about to arrive. We called Genteel Plumbers and they came out within an hour. They promptly diagnosed the issue and got to work. Throughout the whole process, Daniel and his coworker were professional, courteous, and efficient. I also appreciated that they were transparent with the pricing. We have a lot of experience with home repair professionals from running an Airbnb for four years and this was one of the best experiences I've had!

Everyone dreads the need to call a plumber. My sink was not responding to the usual Drano treatment and needed professional help. I was steered to Genteel by a neighbor, so I called. Within two hours Daniel and Joe were at my door and got to work. Estimate was given, and things went well, price was exactly as quoted. Sink is mine again. Would recommend them to anyone. Neighborhood people are the best.

Garbage disposal installation: Came to my house directly to install a garbage disposal and were able to provide the disposal too. They did great work and were very professional. The only problem I had was with the price, but they worked with me and were able to adjust it to make both of us happy.

Good communication throughout, prompt and professional, and seem to have fixed our problem, even though it was a bit of a confusing one. 2 guys came out (Chris and another whose name I can't recall), both good natured and friendly, and it was great to hear them discussing with each other--2x the brain power! They also were very patient with my questions and happy to help educate me, even explaining what we could try next time (if this random thing happens again) to potentially fix it ourselves. Additionally, they looked at our hydronic system (which was unrelated to the issue), and offered detailed advice on some maintenance it appears to need -- even though they wouldn't be the guys to do it! (i.e, just honestly being helpful, not trying to upswell me on anything).

our HOA needed two outdoor spigots replaced. Called Genteel, they responded right away, came out same day and we have two nice new spigots. Reasonably priced and professional. Plus 2 year warranty. Highly recommend.
