needed a plumber on a sunday for a leaking water heater that needed replacing. jaime took my call and they responded right away and had a plumber available before the scheduled time window the same day being that most plumbing companys are off on sundays and plumbing supply stores close on sunday. they had a team of plumbers replace the water heater and a bring a new water heater and pressure regulators. turnover time was around 1 1/2 hours which is quick. plumbers were very professional in their work and explaining the water heater process. i highly recommend their service.

I called 5 plumbers, Genteel was by far the best to work with. Friendly phone staff, on time, quick, professional, and got it done. Marcus and Carlos did a great job and were really friendly guys. They even washed out the tub after fixing the drain. Not sure what else you could ask for in a plumber. Would certainly use them again.

I know. Surprise leaks are a pain in the a**! Trying to find an expert , safe, fair priced plumber while under lockdown is no easy task. After obtaining 5 different quotes , I decided to go with Genteel because of their customer service. They responded quickly, explained my options, and didn't pressure me for a 'sell.' Samuel and Joan were great. If you're on the fence , give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Super speedy and easy to schedule a visit, loved that you could either call or make an online appointment. It was helpful getting updates and reminders via text leading up to the appointment day. David was great with assessing the situation and offering different options for same day toilet replacement. Job was done within 1.5 hrs and couldn't be happier! Everyone was very courteous and polite. Extra kudos to Graham for his professionalism and for being so kind in responding to my texts when I realized I made a mistake on the check payment. To be honest I was super surprised that I was messaging a real person and not an automated system (which was cool). He graciously sent a video to confirm that the voided check was shredded which I really appreciated. Would definitely call again!

I awoke to an email from my tenants that the garbage disposal had fallen off under the sink. They were strapped as both work and their back-up babysitter didn't show. My second call before 8:00am found Eliana from Genteel Plumbers. She was great. I told her speed was important and she not only gave me a 9:00 to 2:00 same day window she managed to get Joan Leyva there by 10:00. As someone else mentioned Jo is professional and thorough. The garbage disposal still worked and just needed to be installed correctly. I have found my plumbers!

Joan Leyva (the plumber) arrived on time with a helper. They were quick, professional and efficient. They found the ""water leaking"" source that I had at the apartment and fixed it. They were courteous, polite. Both were masks and kept social distancing while working on the project.

Fixed some crossed pipes, replaced an old compression valve main shutoff valve, noticed a water heater that needed a condensate neutralizer to not corrode our buildings older pips, and fixed a neighbor who was moving out leaky toilet, all told under $1000.

Great guys who know their trade, showed up in the window they gave me, and fixed problems quickly. Don't recommend folks often. They earned it.
