Several week sago I called Genteel Plumbers. I was dealing with a clogged drain that was over flowing. They came out within the hour and had it fixed in 20 minute...I was very pleased. I called Genteel plumbers in a bit of a panic. I am visiting my brother here in San Francisco and when I started the shower, I turned the nozzle and the whole shower head pipe broke off from the wall. I called another plumber, who didn't answer during business hours and never called me back, and then I called Genteel plumbers whenGraham answered the phone. He told me that he would have someone come over the next morning. I immediately got an email from his company notifying me of this as well. The next morning, Graham text me And we went back-and-forth a little bit trying to figure a time for him to come over. My brother, who is very handy, ended up fixing the pipe so I didn't have one of the plumbers come out but I am leaving this positive review because Graham was quick, very courteous, professional, and flexible. I would recommend them for anybody in them area.

I've worked with Genteel a few times now and have always appreciated their service, so I wanted to leave a review. We called the company yesterday when sewage started backing up in our shower. David and one other person from Genteel came by today, provided an estimate and fixed the issue quickly! I also appreciate how tech-forward they are (having my credit card on file, sending email invoices, texting photos of the plumbers before they arrive, etc.).
