Gennaro's General Services offers backflow prevention solutions, drain repair and cleaning, pipe replacement and repair, water heating solutions, including tank and tankless, heating through hydronics, leak detection services and repairs, and sump pumps to clients in the Haven, CT region.
Since our inception in 2009, GGS has developed into a successful small plumbing business over the last six years by delivering quality workmanship at a fair price.
One might say I was destined to be a plumber. My father, Jim Sr., who just turned 70 and is still part of the team, shared his expertise with me about the trade. As a young boy, he brought me along to jobs and showed me the ropes. He instilled in me what I believe is the most crucial aspect of my business: establishing a connection with my customers so they feel comfortable in their homes. This approach is how I was taught, and that’s the foundation of my company.

Linda M.Gennaro General Services is terrific. Very responsive and came to our house three or four times to fix a problem with a bathroom faucet caused by the manufacturer of the faucet, not them. They came out right away and figured it out and then came back to fix it when the part came in. Also fixed a bathtub leak quickly and efficiently. Also, did a great job on a commercial job I was involved with. I highly, highly recommend them.
