Gennaro's General Services offers backflow prevention solutions, drain repair and cleaning, pipe repair and replacement, water heating solutions, including tank and tankless, hydronic heating, leak detection and repair, as well as sump pump services to residents of New Haven, CT.
Established in 2009, GGS has grown into a reputable small plumbing service over the past six years by offering exceptional craftsmanship at a reasonable cost.
You could say I was destined to be a plumber. My dad, Jim Sr., who has reached 70 years and still works alongside me, taught me everything I know about the trade. Since I was a child, he introduced me to job sites and showed me the ropes. He instilled in me what I believe is the key element of my business: the ability to connect with my customers so they trust me in their homes. It’s a personal touch is how I was trained, and that’s how I run my business.

Linda M.Gennaro General Services is terrific. Very responsive and came to our house three or four times to fix a problem with a bathroom faucet caused by the manufacturer of the faucet, not them. They came out right away and figured it out and then came back to fix it when the part came in. Also fixed a bathtub leak quickly and efficiently. Also, did a great job on a commercial job I was involved with. I highly, highly recommend them.
