My mom has a roof mounted solar water heater that started leaking. I called a dozen plumbing companies, including some of the more well known ones, and no one was willing to come out to take a look at it.

Thankfully I ended up getting ahold of Carlos at Genesis. He did not have any issue that this water heater was not typical installation and said he would send someone over. In less than two hours from my initial call with this company, someone had gone over and fixed the problem.

They were fast, honest, and very reasonably priced. I am so appreciative of their service and will definitely call them first for any future plumbing needs.

My 92 year old grandpa had a leak with his water heater 2 days before Christmas and Genesis plumbing was the only ones who replied and was there with a blink of an eye! If I could give them 10 stars I would! Very professional and caring! The only way to go is Genesis plumbing!!!!!!

I wanted to relocate the breakroom at my business, but there was no plumbing at the new location and would require cutting into the concrete slab and running new pipes. This was no small task. I contacted several plumbing companies and was mostly ignored. Carlos at Genesis answered his phone and came out the next day. I got a quote, start date, and completion date. Carlos was extremely accommodating by starting on the weekend with jackhammering and cutting the concrete. We had a business to run so doing this for me was above and beyond! The work took exactly one week as quoted (unbelievable). The workmanship was great, and the new concrete was nice and level. After the floor and kitchen were in, one of his plumbers came back to hook up the faucet, garbage disposal, and water heater.
I've been through a lot of major home and business renovations and I've dealt with a lot of tradespeople, so I am no stranger to setbacks and flakey workers who putter around, or just no-show. This project went smoothly. I personally thanked Carlos for having a team that showed up on time, was polite, and worked hard to minimize the amount of time we had to work around this project. I am very impressed with this company and would recommend Genesis to anyone who needs plumbing.

We had sewer water backing up into two houses on the same lot. Our plumber responded within 15 minutes, stabilized the situation but couldn't clear the line with his equipment so he recommended Genesis. It was nearly 6p and Carlos was ready to help. He arrived within 1.5 hours, offered a couple of options, was extremely efficient and resolved the back-up using hydro-jetting within 10 minutes. He remained on the property and tested water flow in both homes until he was assured the problem was resolved. What a relief! Carlos is a life saver, an excellent communicator and an overall lovely person. Highly recommend this business.

Carlos at Genesis is the bomb. Call he's there. Right before Hillary visited he came to snake the HOA lines and found the pump massively compromised. Ordered a pumped cleaned the system and up and running the same day Friday. Sunday Hilary hit and smooth sailing. Carlos and his guys rock. As another post said as a women he feels safe to have around working on the property. His guys are also very respectful. His pricing has always been really reasonable. And when needing a Jett ask for ""Large Marge""

Called this morning at 9:15 about a backed-up kitchen sink. Was told they could have someone here in a few hours and I asked what time (because I would have tried to find someone to come sooner) and he said he could have a guy here in an hour and gave me Miguel's name. Miguel showed up on time and fixed our problem right away. He made sure to snake the drain all the way to the sewer so the problem wouldn't happen again any time soon and reminded us not to put eggshells down the drain. It was cheaper than a different company we called couple years ago when the laundry needed to be snaked. I would definitely call Genesis again if we need them! Thanks guys

Carlos and his crew are absolutely amazing. We had a plumbing problem under our kitchen sink and hardwood floor and I called Genesis in the evening. Carlos had a crew member out to our home by midday the next day and the problem was resolved with very little expense. Genesis could have charged me more and made more repairs, but told me they weren't required. Genesis is a company with integrity that is fair to customers, charges reasonable rates and is very responsive. This is the best plumbing company I have ever used.

We had to get 3 sinks snaked. The guys showed up on time, professional and friendly, got the job done fast. Javier and his partner (didn't get his name) did a great job. Javier also made suggestions for things he noticed that may need attention in the near the future. Not an up sell just sharing knowledge. We had a water leak recently due to A/C drain pipe to the bathroom sink being clogged, he recommended a filter be installed into the pipe which can be cleared out twice a year so this doesn't happen again. He made other suggestions as well. Good guys / honest straight shooters. I'll definitely be using Genesis for future jobs.
