One evening at about 10:00pm I started my laundry. As my washer was draining, smelly sewage water started filling up my bathtub. My husband is deployed so i started to panic because I have never experienced a plumbing emergency before. I called my landlord and he told me this issue is the tenants problem.

After a quick FB post asking for plumbers in my area, Genesis Plumbing was recommended.

So I called and Carlos was so nice. He assured me everything was going to be okay and he decided to come take a look at the problem within 15 mins of that phone call. He knew exactly what the issue was after coming here. Also being a female in her 20s, alone, with a stranger at 10:00pm, i felt extremely safe around Carlos. He was very respectful and professional.

He scheduled one of his guys (Mario) to come out the next morning at 8:00am to snake the main drain. Within 12 hours of making that initial phone call to Genesis at 10:00pm, my drains were fixed and for an affordable price.

My experience was very pleasant with Genesis Plumbing. I would 10/10 use this company again in the future.

Our beautiful home in Coronado has renters in for the month of July. Yesterday morning an upstairs leak caused a call to Genesis.. water was pouring out of the walls. Carlos and his crew not only came over and fixed it, but had the Sheetrock removed and replaced and painted so that the renters could enjoy the 4TH of July.. Genesis will be my plumbing company for life now. Not many people move heaven and earth to help others.. we are very grateful!!

They were hired by a since fired general contractor to start a commercial plumbing job. All I can say is verify & check the work and compare it to the invoice before paying. My mistake for not doing so. They would not correct their work with out additional costs.

Alex does a great job. I've hired him for 4 different jobs now. He's always on time, professional, explains exactly what the problem is and options to fix it, and does a stand up job with the repair. He's my go-to guy for all plumbing issues!

Awesome service. JC/ Robert was awesome. Called because I needed a plumber to snake my main. Were here in less than 30 minutes on a Friday!
Turned out my house wasn't exactly built correctly and 60 years later we finally found the real reason the drains weren't working properly.
Needless to say if you need an:
1) Affordable
2) Honest
3) Worthwhile and can find the real problem, not create a plan for more service..

Plumber, check with these guys. I was not disappointed in the least.

Genesis Plumbing to the rescue!
We had accidentally broken a valve and had to have the water off to our unit. We needed to get help quickly. They were able to get someone to us immediately. The technician, Carlos, was prompt, friendly and knew how to resolve the problem right away. We are very satisfied and we highly recommend Genesis Plumbing to others.

My overall experience was disappointing. I had a leaking water pipe, and they repaired it, but after turning back on the water, my shower valve and my neighbor's shower valve wouldn't allow the hot water to flow. Apparently calcium deposits had broken loose when the water was turned back on. My disappointment came when the owner of Genesis said we both required new shower valves at $490 (parts & labor) for each unit....nearly $1000! I called another plumber who said that it was unlikely that the valve required replacement. The other plumber fixed each shower valve for $150 (parts & labor per valve) by just replacing the cartridge.
