Carlos at Genesis is the bomb. Call he's there. Right before Hillary visited he came to snake the HOA lines and found the pump massively compromised. Ordered a pumped cleaned the system and up and running the same day Friday. Sunday Hilary hit and smooth sailing. Carlos and his guys rock. As another post said as a women he feels safe to have around working on the property. His guys are also very respectful. His pricing has always been really reasonable. And when needing a Jett ask for ""Large Marge""

Called this morning at 9:15 about a backed-up kitchen sink. Was told they could have someone here in a few hours and I asked what time (because I would have tried to find someone to come sooner) and he said he could have a guy here in an hour and gave me Miguel's name. Miguel showed up on time and fixed our problem right away. He made sure to snake the drain all the way to the sewer so the problem wouldn't happen again any time soon and reminded us not to put eggshells down the drain. It was cheaper than a different company we called couple years ago when the laundry needed to be snaked. I would definitely call Genesis again if we need them! Thanks guys

Carlos and his crew are absolutely amazing. We had a plumbing problem under our kitchen sink and hardwood floor and I called Genesis in the evening. Carlos had a crew member out to our home by midday the next day and the problem was resolved with very little expense. Genesis could have charged me more and made more repairs, but told me they weren't required. Genesis is a company with integrity that is fair to customers, charges reasonable rates and is very responsive. This is the best plumbing company I have ever used.

We had to get 3 sinks snaked. The guys showed up on time, professional and friendly, got the job done fast. Javier and his partner (didn't get his name) did a great job. Javier also made suggestions for things he noticed that may need attention in the near the future. Not an up sell just sharing knowledge. We had a water leak recently due to A/C drain pipe to the bathroom sink being clogged, he recommended a filter be installed into the pipe which can be cleared out twice a year so this doesn't happen again. He made other suggestions as well. Good guys / honest straight shooters. I'll definitely be using Genesis for future jobs.

I had a few issues. I thought the master shut-off valve outside of my condo was faulty, the shut-off valve in one of my bathrooms was indeed faulty, the toilet needed a minor repair, and the shower drain needed to be snaked. I called Carlos at Genesis on Tuesday and he had someone at my place by 1pm on Wednesday. That guy, Rick, came in, listened to my explanation, understood what needed to be done right away, determined that the master valve was actually fine, and then got right to work on the other tasks. He was friendly, quiet and efficient. In a world where customer service appears to be dead and no one seems to know what they're doing, this was a refreshing change. Thanks, Genesis.

A handyman broke a pipe at noon and someone from Genesis was out to fix it by 3pm. Heroes! Was much more expensive than anticipated because of the unusual width of the pipe but I was on an incredibly tight timeline and grateful they could get everything patched up.

Top NOTCH! Carlos runs a great company. Miguel installed an outside water heater shed and new water heater. Work was done with care and professional knowledge with all questions & concerns addressed. The water heater broke and water was flooding throughout the cottage with original red oak floors! After the tenant shut it off, towel dried the floor & put a few fans on, she notified me. At 10:00 PM, I went to Yelp for plumbing reviews. Several plumbers listed 24 hour service. Only one plumbing company, Genesis Plumbing's owner, Carlos Rojas, answered the 10:00 PM phone call. After some fact finding during our conversation, he came at 8:00 AM the next morning and removed & hauled away the old water heater, then installed the new water heater. Easy peasy! I will use Genesis Plumbing again. They deliver!!!

One evening at about 10:00pm I started my laundry. As my washer was draining, smelly sewage water started filling up my bathtub. My husband is deployed so i started to panic because I have never experienced a plumbing emergency before. I called my landlord and he told me this issue is the tenants problem.

After a quick FB post asking for plumbers in my area, Genesis Plumbing was recommended.

So I called and Carlos was so nice. He assured me everything was going to be okay and he decided to come take a look at the problem within 15 mins of that phone call. He knew exactly what the issue was after coming here. Also being a female in her 20s, alone, with a stranger at 10:00pm, i felt extremely safe around Carlos. He was very respectful and professional.

He scheduled one of his guys (Mario) to come out the next morning at 8:00am to snake the main drain. Within 12 hours of making that initial phone call to Genesis at 10:00pm, my drains were fixed and for an affordable price.

My experience was very pleasant with Genesis Plumbing. I would 10/10 use this company again in the future.

Our beautiful home in Coronado has renters in for the month of July. Yesterday morning an upstairs leak caused a call to Genesis.. water was pouring out of the walls. Carlos and his crew not only came over and fixed it, but had the Sheetrock removed and replaced and painted so that the renters could enjoy the 4TH of July.. Genesis will be my plumbing company for life now. Not many people move heaven and earth to help others.. we are very grateful!!
