I had two water heaters replaced in one day. One of them had a water leak and the second one was about ready to go. I contacted General SF. Wow!!...Yevgeny showed up the next day, told me what needed to be done, and gave me a quote. We went to Home Depot to purchase all the parts and he started the job that day. He was VERY accommodating and worked until Midnight to complete the work. He was meticulous, professional, polite, and honest. He made everything up to code, changing things that the previous person did not do right. I would highly recommend him. He went beyond my expectations! The next time you need any plumbing/electrical work done, don't hesitate to give General SF a call. You'll be glad you did!

Yevgeny is great. I called him with an urgent request to help with a leak in our garage, and within 15 minutes he was outside our house ready to help. After fixing two separate pressing issues, he offered to take a look at any other issues we were having at the house. I can't say enough about Yevgeny, who came to snake the pipes in my furnace room. This is routine maintenance for me, but Yevgeny is by far the most knowledgeable, professional, honest and courteous plumber I have ever experienced! This morning, after a nice pleasant shower, our faucet decided to spew endless amounts of hot water out of it... We called our regular plumber but he didn't answer. We checked Yelp and saw all the great reviews on Yevgeny. He answered right away and came immediately to save our apartment from flooding. He fix it quickly and at a great rate.

After he left we went to turn on the faucet and blue bleach water started to come out. The blue disinfectant used in toilets can apparently cause discoloration of your tap water if your water supply was recently turned off, water from the toilet tank was siphoned into the plumbing of our house. These disinfectants contained chemicals that pose health hazards if ingested or touched. Yevgeny came back over right after I notified him of this discoloration and flushed our plumbing in our whole apparent building!!! He was here for over an hour free of charge and even followed up later in the day to make sure everything was still running smoothly. We will definitely be calling Yevgeny for all our future plumbing needs!

This guy came over the day I called after suffering for 2 weeks with my GC not sending someone to repair a wastewater leak.

In 10 min he helped me show it was the GC part of piping that was issue.

He charged me nothing.

My GC sent someone the next day based on this info.

I would trust him 100% with any new issue.
