Ray and his crew were great to work with. We had a complicated situation with a new sewer line from an addition. Ray was able to come up with a solution that literally saved me thousands. The work was high quality, efficient, and neat. I would not hesitate to use them again and I am constantly referring them to anyone that needs a quality, family owned, local plumber.

All of the drains in our house backed up around 7pm in the evening. Within 20 minutes, we were on the phone with Juan. He was able to advise us on how to fix our immediate problem and avoid the extra charge to have him come that evening. We scheduled an appointment for him to return the next day. He arrived on time, was extremely friendly, and very informative. He quickly diagnosed our problem and provided options. Juan's supervisor, Danny, arrived to give us an estimate on a larger project that we discovered was necessary. He was also very professional and thoroughly explained the larger scope of work that was needed.

I am very happy with the service we received from Juan and Danny. We will be happy to use them for our future needs and recommend them to our neighbors. Having plumbing issues is never fun, but Juan made the entire experience as positive as possible.

I have a recurring mainline problem that plugs every couple of years, rarely at a good time. I called General Plumbing at 9:45pm and received a quick call back. I was more than a little shocked at $699 price but given the time of day and the 5 star rating, didn't seem like I was going to do better. I also told the tech that I had a longer than normal mainline that I repeated again when he arrived. After 30 minutes, the tech tells me he doesn't have a long enough snake and needs to come back the next morning with a water jet THAT WILL COST ME $1800!

Needless to say that was ridiculous and I told him so. He tells me he doesn't have the right equipment and that's not his fault. A little back and forth and he finally agrees to come back the next day and fix the problem for the original price. He shows up the next day with a longer snake and fixed the problem.

Now I feel kind of dumb for not calling other plumbers to check pricing. What about the 5 star rating? Read further down to Linda W. review from 7/10/2019 for her service. Seems to me that 5 star rating is coming from crediting unhappy customers in exchange for good or recalling views?

Ray and his team are true professionals. They did a great job. Came on time and did a good cleanup after they were done. They have all the tools and equipment to get job done fast and properly.
They did change ~300' sewer collateral for me and my neighbor(total ~500') and we had two old pipes that were positioned very close to each other so that caused some minor issues during the whole project but overall I'm very satisfied with Ray and his team.

cons:
- while the price was competitive enough I feel like they could've done it for much cheaper(like MUCH cheaper) cause they were doing it for both me and my neighbor at the same time and they've saved a lot on labor cause my pipe and my neighbors' pipe was at the same spot.

I worked closely with Ray on replacing an 85ft sewer lateral pipe before I purchased my new home. Ray was an exceptional advisor that educated me through this total surprise that came up during our inspections. He was extremely responsive, flexible in timing and worked with us on our budget. At the end of the day his service and care outmatched all competition. He is well supported by Wendy and Rebecca behind the scenes who took care of us throughout our complicated contract process with the seller's agent and seller. I will definitely be using them again.

I cannot say anything other than nice things about my experience.
I spoke with Iris at 7:01pm and told her my problem. At 7:08 I received a call from Christian (the plumber) who gave me a quote and an estimated time of arrival. He arrived on time, saw my problem, and fixed it.

I have been dealing with our home warranty company all day and another plumber who didn't fix the problem when they came. I have been annoyed and frustrated for hours BUT as soon as I spoke with the folks at this company, I felt heard and appreciated and like my house/bathroom/life is important. It was MUCH needed after a day of annoyance.

I cannot say enough nice things about this company. From beginning to end they were awesome. While I don't want another issue with my plumbing, if I did, this is who I would call.

This company certainly cares about their customers. From the original phone call to the date the service was completed, they did an amazing job. Juan was very helpful and made sure everything was done right. He did an excellent job taking care of us and we will definitely be requesting him for any further needs.
