Terrible! Called in the am, never gave me a quote ""said tech will give me a quote on the job"" waited all day for plumber Finally showed at 4:30. Just a snake out drain maybe 80 ft. Quote $ 225. I laughed and said ya no thanks!!
Called Coco plumbers here at 9 this am fixed my problem 10 min $100 never call General such a scam!!

Ok, they were quick to respond and quick to come out. The guys were nice. That's where the positive experience ended.

My toilet was clogged. After a not-fully-successful attempt of unclogging by an auger, the main guy was able to dig up a few twigs/stems/what not, and he accused someone from my house of ""intentionally"" flushing a ton of those things down the toilet. He said the toilet was completely ""destroyed"" and needed to be replaced. We clearly did no such thing and I could not fathom the idea of plant material ""destroying"" a toilet, but he insisted. He charged $150 for augering, even though the toilet was not completely unclogged. He offered to install a new toilet for $600. I'm glad my landlord decided against it. My husband eventually took the toilet apart himself, found tree roots that invaded from outside of the house. He took a couple of hours to clean the mess out and put the toilet back on. It's as good as new. Total cost? A few bucks on a new wax ring, plus labor of course. I wonder how much MORE than $600 they would've charged if they discovered the tree roots, not to mention installing a new toilet takes way less cleaning than this required which took up most of the time.

After putting it off as long as possible, I recently had to have the sewer line between the house and the city line replaced. The Supervisor Danny Jimenez explained the problem and the process clearly. The guys arrived on time and finished sooner than I expected. The areas in the street and my yard were left as if nothing had occurred. I was extremely happy with Danny and the whole crew and am pleased to give them a 5 star rating.

Our house was in the emergency situation that water valve in the bathroom was broken and could not stop the water. Although it was the very heavy traffic time, the same person who diagnosed our bathtub came to check and went right out to buy parts he needed and took care of the worst part needed to fix. It wasn't easy process. Need to figure out all 6 valves in the space of condo and I needed to call HOA as emergency but the plumber patiently waited for the timing to fix and even tried to find valves in our condo. The plumber's attitude was just great as really care about the person like me who is in trouble cannot fix by herself.

I want to share my best gratitude to Jorge who took care of our water valve in the bathroom. Thank you very much Jorge! You are the 'true doctor' of the house plumbing problems!

Johnny Morgan came to fix a huge back up, all my toilets, showers, bathtubs were stopped up and water + fecal material was on the floor. Johnny diagnosed the problem and fixed it in about an hour, and helped clean up the mess. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Christian, promptly arrived at my house . Greeted me and introduced himself. Great vibes right from the start. We had a clogged toilet, and within a few minutes, poof, it was fixed. The toilet had veen clogged for two weeks. I had used a snake, and a plunger, and chemicals. I could not get the darned thing unclogged. Sometimes, its best to leave it to the pros. Well, Christian is the pro. He work s out if the Pleasant Hill office. If you have a similar problem, I would not hesitate to refer Christian to you.

Called in the morning for issue with bathroom drain. They gave me a window between 2-4 pm. I received call from tech when he was leaving his job and on the way to my house with an estimated time of arrival. Christian (service tech) was great he solved my problem in less than 30 mins. I definitely will use this company again.

Last Thursday evening, Plumber Anthony Perez came late to my home but I overlooked this since he did turn back ""on"" the under sink hot water supply that, unfortunately, had been turned ""off"" by Paul Davis Restoration. Anthony also promised to return to repair the dishwasher which had been gushing water for several days, causing costly water damage to flooring. After asking me to post a positive review on Yelp, I did.

Today, Anthony was scheduled to return between 1-3pm -- again to repair the dishwasher. At 1:18pm, he texted asking to reschedule. Shortly before 5pm, I telephoned his office and learned that Anthony had reported to his office that he had come to my home at 12:30pm. At that very time, I was sitting outside my front door having lunch so could not have missed his arrival. His 1:18pm text also reconfirmed that he did not come at 12:30pm.

I wasted my day today foolishly waiting for Anthony Perez to arrive as my dishwasher must be repaired before water damaged flooring is replaced. Today also happened to be my 73rd birthday so I had hoped that my ""birthday gift"" simply would be a repaired dishwasher, not deceit from a plumber.

Christian came by when we were having a plumbing problem and helped us troubleshoot it from a distance the night before and came in the morning and took care of it! Very happy with his service. Would highly recommend them.

The technician just left my house. The slime didn't even look at job, just started quoting a price range $1400 - $1600 dollars. This is the second line to break in my yard. The previous Plummer charged $600 plus a military discount for a more complicated leak!! Companies are losing business when they have technicians with poor costumer relation skills and poor communication skills. Just lost my business!! I'll wait till Monday when my Plummer returns!!
