Góod service from tech Darrin Benjamin on a tricky slow-drain prob. Good diagnosis. Didnt over-sell. Concluded best choice was nothing for now, but quoted costs if work had to be done later. This come-out-look was reasonable at 129+tax, and the later work quotes were not out of line considering the configuration that they'd have to tear into. I had them do wofk years ago when it was Fox Plumbing, and so far the larger company maintains the quality of work.

I would strongly recommend these folks for your plumbing issues. We had an ongoing problem that wasn't resolved after 3 attempts by another plumber. Derek was absolutely wonderful! Professional, on time, and courteous. He identified the problem, presented some solutions, and resolved the problem!! Alex P, Steven F and Justin came out yesterday to install my tankless water heater and update my circuit breaker panel.
The level of professionalism and work ethic of this crew was above Any other company I have worked with! This crew was very easy and enjoyable to work with. They answered all of my questions and explained everything that I asked. The finished job is functional and beautiful! I'm very impressed with them as well as Belred and Gene Johnson. I Will use them again andstrongly recommend them. I wish thatthat I could give them higher than five stars!

I had this company out to do routine maintenance on my water heater. The service person was prompt, courteous, and did the job well. My lower rating is for the company's practices. They were unable give me an estimate when I scheduled, stating that they had an annual package so they can't give an estimate for an individual service. This seemed odd since it was a standard service and not a repair where the extent on the job would be unknown until it was assessed at the appointment. The service person who came to my home did attempt to have me buy an annual package when they arrived but accepted it when I declined and just paid for the job I wanted. Since then I've received automated texts and emails asking if I want to schedule and stating that the messages will stop if I reply. Although I feel happy with the quality of the work, I wouldn't hire this company again since their company practices seem focused on getting you to purchase more services in a way that I think lacks transparency and which I find intrusive.

I had a lovely interaction with this company today, they were able to come out same day to service my radiant heat, they found and fixed the problem fast and cost-effectively in 1 hour, and even called with a detailed summary. Eric was great, and is my new expert since their guy Mike had retired. Thanks again for the prompt and friendly service and making everything right!

Our combi tankless boiler stopped working New Year's Eve - one plumbing company came out and claimed to fix it, charged us and then it died again within the hour. Eric at Gene Johnson came out, diagnosed the problem accurately, and then ordered the part. Days later when it arrived he installed it correctly. Eric was professional, courteous, and most importantly he solved the problem. We really appreciated the service.

We had a water heater that they installed fail under warranty. Manufacturer agreed to replace but they didn't follow the protocol which kept us from getting the warranty. They were uncommunicative and unhelpful throughout, requiring us to pay upfront for the new unit which manufacturer called ""a swindle"".
