If I could give this company 100 stars I would! This is the ONLY plumber we will use from now on. We had an issue with our plumbing on the day before Thanksgiving. We were so stressed out because we figured we would never be able to get someone to come and fix it. From the BEST customer service person EVER (Nikki) , to the fact that they delivered and came through when no one else would even call back, this company is TOP NOTCH. Nikki stayed in contact with me, tried everything she could to get to me, and did it all with KINDNESS and a smile. She was AMAZING. Gene is LUCKY to have her. A rare person in this world who is all about service and the customer on the day before Thanksgiving when most people don't even want to work. Great job Gene and NIKKI!!! You're the BEST. We are thankful for companies like yours this Thanksgiving!

Gene-D Plumber deserves the great reputation he has for his great service and honesty. He sent a top expert plumber who replaced the very old, worn out parts very quickly. He already had the right parts with him to fix the toilet because his friendly and helpful administrator Nikki had asked me what kind of toilet it was. I highly recommend Gene for any plumbing issues.

Gene D Plumber has fixed a broken toilet, leaking shower, and leaking sink for me over the past year. Very easy to deal with and straight-forward, they were able to come both times on short notice. Bo called up Kohler to get the parts I needed under warranty (after they were not helpful when my wife called). Highly recommend !

Chris came this morning and did a fantastic job! We needed help with a clogged sink and a missing stopper. He was very professional and friendly. Also gave us helpful tips for self maintenance in the future.

I called and described a simple repair asking for an estimate. However the receptionist was extremely rude. She flat out said they don't give estimates on the phone and will charge $150 to make a service call. In other words, they want $150 just to come over and then will give an estimate.

Extremely unprofessional. Every other plumber gave me an estimate. I had a very simple issue and not a multi-thousand repair job. No one wants to pay $150 just to get an estimate for a simple repair.

They will be on my do not call list

I agree the woman who answers is great. Gene however does not respond to my text messages so I have no idea how good he is.

I have used Gene D Plumber for various issues including a leaky sink, loose toilet, and maintenance on my tankless water heater. Most times it is Bo that has come to our home, and both him and Gene are professional, friendly, thorough, and clean up very well after their work is done.

Most recently I noticed there was a leak under my bathroom sink and for outside reasons had a very short timeline to get it fixed. Bo was able to come that afternoon and not only fix the leak but remove an obstruction that was causing the sink to drain slower (that we didn't even know was there)

They provide reliable, quick service and are reasonably priced too! I'd recommend them to anyone in the area in need of a plumber.

We had two appointments with them, both of which they were a no-show for. They didn't even bother to call with a notice. I have no idea where all these positive reviews come from. I suggest you find someone else who will at least actually show up or have the decency to apologize for wasting your time.

The responding time is long. I booked 10am-11am, and then came 11am. It is kind of confusing when they are coming. But they done the job pretty fast and well by unclogging my shower drain.
