Bo came yesterday to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. He was very thorough in determining where the leak was coming from and even found a small secondary leak coming from the faucet. He took it upon himself to contact Koehler on my behalf and has ordered a whole new replacement faucet which is covered under their warranty saving me lot of hassle. He also tied up the faucet hose so it doesn't get in the way of my new glide out shelves!
Only negative is that I had to wait more than a week for the apt but I am happy I waited!

There was a little slip up with my original appointment but Veronica contacted me as soon as she could and I was able to get straightened out. Bo came by and assessed my situation was very informative and professional he even politely took off his shoes (big plus in my book). i have an issue with freezing pipes and he gave me some options on the next steps to take. I'll definitely be contacting Gene D in the future to have them come back and hopefully take care of the problem for good.

Amazing service from Bo at Gene D plumber!! As a long distance homeowner, I'm always a little anxious about working with a repair person but Bo was reliable, honest, and straightforward. He made sure to keep in involved each step of the way and whenever possible, tried to give me the best deal possible. He made multiple trips to make sure that me and my tenant were happy. He literally texted me pictures of the work done at every visit and went the extra mile each time. Highly recommended!!

Had a showerhead that's been dripping water for over a year. Finally decided to get a professional to come and take a look. Called Gene-D based on yelp reviews and the service was as expected.

Veronika, who schedules appointments, is extremely pleasant, courteous, and professional. She was able to schedule a visit for 8:30am for the following week.

Francisco came to look at the situation. He worked systematically to diagnose the problem (a leaky valve) rather than jumping to conclusions. He took about 30 minutes to go and buy a replacement valve and replaced it expertly. He took care to make sure that the water temperature was to my liking, even adjusting the setting on the water boiler after maxing the setting on the valve.

When I got the invoice, it was exactly as expected. A fixed fee for leaky valve plus cost of part (with 0 mark-up!).

I'll definitely be using Gene-D for all my future plumbing needs. I highly recommend that you do too.

Had a main drain clogged. Veronica answered right away and let me know she would get a man over right away, 15 minutes later and he was at the door. Efficient, worked fast and smart. Will use company again and I recommend 100%.

Francisco came, as promised, to review a leak in our house 3rd floor ceiling. Diagnosed the issues. Didn't try to do extra work. Veronica, in the office, was very professional. I would highly recommend.

Excellent response time. Our emergency was so gross that I didn't even get a quote. What we did get was a Plumber within the hour, and the issue resolved that day. The bill was reasonable.
