Our 30 year-old furnace quit working in the evening of 12/24. Gary came out on 12/26, got it working (limping along). he was friendly, professional and explained everything he did. We asked for estimate, received it in a timely manner and Gary promptly returned our call to answer a few questions we had about the new furnace. The estimate was very reasonable, and the work was scheduled within a couple of days. Tae and Sergio did the instillation - called to confirm arrival time, were prompt, professional, friendly, efficient, explained everything they were doing and answered all our questions.What a great group! Also, ""Office"" Marie was very friendly and helpful. We will use Burch for future needs & highly recommend them.

I paid $2K for repair of radiant heat at my house. The first person sent out left before checking if it worked. The second person came out to make sure it worked only after numerous phone calls to management. And yet, our heating does not work in spite of replaced parts and great expense. They were not interested in coming back to get this working and I am now without heat. I will eat the $2K and start over with someone else.
