This was a great result today! I replaced a conventional hot water heater with the new tankless water heater.
Actually, it was two outstanding Plumbing Technicians from GB that did it, and they are Matt and Brad. They did a super job!

The installation required a lot of new pipes and connections, and their work is beautifully functional!

I'm so pleased with Gene Burch, and especially Matt and Brad. Highly recommended!

Dave was amazing, checked our furnace, found an important feature of the furnace we could be using and were not. We had recently had a new thermostat uninstalled and he was able to explain why it was an incorrect one. We're enrolled in 2x year service to check out heating/air conditioning and have been more than happy with the services we receive.

Had my heating go out and could not fix myself. I called and set an appointment for the first available day and it was the tuesday after the weekend. I asked if they had a cancellation please let me know. They did and showed up that day around noon. Tae arrived and was super helpful talking me through all the possible problems. He then explained what he was looking for step by step. He found the problem pretty quick, fixed it. Cleaned up and was on his way. Great job. Would say that house calls are getting super expensive but could not go without heat.

I had an excellent experience recently with Gene Burch. They responded quickly to my plumbing emergency which left me unable to use my kitchen sink, dishwasher and clothes washer. Brad and Alex were super professional, diagnosed the problem quickly and cleaned up thoroughly after their work was complete. The plumbers are great , but having to deal with the office is a bummer.in fact the office is pretty useless. over the years have found its not worth it to talk to the office. Maria, is Very snippy, curt, rude. Avoid at all costs. life is too short, who needs the aggravation? i was going to give them three stars, because the plumbers are good, but forget it.
