Andy arrived a few minutes early for his scheduled appointment and politely called from his van to indicate his arrival. Insisted on both wearing a mask and showing his vaccination card, which were unnecessary for me, but a wonderful gesture of courtesy. And speaking of courtesy, Andy was polite, gracious, and helpful in every moment. Effectively, efficiently, and expertly installed a new toilet and hauled away the old toilet. He offered to place down a silicon bead around the base of the new toilet, as I may wish. He invited me to inspect his work, check functioning of everything, and ensure that I was completely satisfied before departing. Andy has mastered the ingredients for business success: Do good work, at a good price, and be a good person in the process.

This place did a great job ! I have fidelity home insurance and the people they sent was horrible. Left me without be able to use the kitchen for two weeks. Called daily without any respond. I was extremely pissed off cancelled home warranty disputed the charge with credit card company. Then I called gator to do the job. The guy came 2 hours after the initial call, fixed my sink stoppage . Fixed the sink and saved me from non stop nagging from my wife. Life safer ! Best 250 bucks spent

Andres and another gentleman arrived today to fix our shower head. It was running on really low pressure. They arrived early (called first which is great) and wore masks, shoe booties, etc. The problem turned out to be something minor. I was very impressed with their skill but even more so with their Honesty. I took a picture of their truck but for some reason can't upload it right now. I would hire them again.

We did a water heater replacement early in the morning. Everything got wrapped up on time, service was good and affordable.

Price wise, Gator was the most sensible and affordable option and you get good quality work. They can do tank and tankless install, we decided to go with tank for cost.

I'd been putting off getting my toilet replaced after another plumber cleared a clog, long time ago, and told me to only flush liquids until I got a new toilet. Finally, I searched on Yelp and found Gator Plumbing who could install the new toilet I had sitting in the box for many months. Andy and Soto arrived today , Saturday, late afternoon after doing other jobs and got right to work. Upon removing the old toilet, they showed me what was hindering the flush of the old toilet. It looked like a bird's nest that they pulled out of the hole. Well, of course this would involve more time and expense but told them to go ahead with the new install. They added some new parts, added some cement, and I'm certain the work they accomplished is an upgrade from the old installation. My house has wall to wall carpet, even in the bathrooms, and the work was done without leaving any dirt, water or mess in the bathroom.
I'm very appreciative of Andy and Soto for taking the time and care to do such a thorough and professional job! Thank you guys!

Andy and his team did a great job fixing the leak in my main water line. We replaced the old pipe with new copper pipes from our house to the street, as well as the main water valve. He also rerouted the pipes to avoid the roots from the existing plants in our front yard. His crew is extremely efficient and they worked professionally.
