My hot water tank pipe in the wall had been leaking for over two weeks, and I was trying to find the problem and fix it by myself, but no luck. I called in the morning one day, and Andy showed up to assess and id the issue and provided me a quote on the spot, which I accepted. Two plumbers showed up at 8 am the next day, as Andy premised. It took them about 5 hours to remove the hot water tank, open the wall, replace the leaking pipes in the crawl spaces, and close and patch the wall as before. They completed the job and cleaned up the area within the time they estimated. I was impressed by the work they did professionally with dedication, promptly, and get to the point, no funny businesses.

Since it was a somewhat emergency situation for me, I didn't negotiate the price. I believe it wasn't the lowest, but a fair price based on random research I did.

However, I have to deduct one star because the plumbers who were on-site asked for a cash payment instead of a personal check, which Andy agreed to and indicated on the written quote. Perhaps, Andy and the plumbers didn't communicate properly. Anyway, the payment method misunderstanding was resolved quickly after talking to Andy on the phone.

We had a kitchen sink draining issue on Saturday morning over the thanksgiving weekend. After some search and calls around Noon time, Nester from Gator plumbing came to us on the same day afternoon. He quickly fixed the issue and gave us a very reasonable price. We are super satisfied and highly recommended Gator and Nester!

Our toilet was clogged because my son dropped a plastic toy in it and flushed. Pinged Gator router and plumbing on yelp, they were the only plumber to reply with a detailed quote. That much to do snake, that much to remove the toilet. I really appreciated that they did not need to show up on my house just to give me a quote. They arrived on time as agreed, did the snake, did not work, and then removed the toilet, found the toy then put it all back. They were done in 1h, walking me through the whole process. Paid what was quoted, and was super happy. Amazing service, will call again.

Gator Rooter was quick to reply. Both of my bathrooms were fully backed up and they addressed the issue the following day for a very fair price.

They identified the ""why"" my sewage drain line was backing up and showed me with a live camera feed.

They then were able to provide a long term fix (a new sewage line replacement), which also came in for a fair price.

I am completely satisfied with every aspect of their work.

We had a break in our front yard that was leaking 20 gal per hour, according to the city. We had to completely shut off water to the house. I contacted 10 plumbers. Gator responded within the hour and was the only one who agreed to come to the house to deal with it. After checking out the yard, Nestor explained we had to dig out part of the driveway, put in copper piping, and then replace the concrete. He needed a team for the project so it wasn't cheap ($2400) but the team of 6 worked for 7 hours the next day to do the whole thing. I was grateful for their professionalism and the solution to my problem.
