They came out once for my issue. They fixed a couple of things. Then my same problem happened again. They came out and blamed it on my water softener and by passed that and were supposed to call me with a quote. They never called me. I am having the SAME problem again. So they blame it on one thing and never fixed my issue. Money and time wasted. They are all about trying to charge you for this and that and do not properly find out the real problem.

I never write reviews but this time one is needed. They came out under 2-10 Home Buyers warranty service. When the tech came out, he stated that it was just the two bladders that were the issue. He then stated that he could bypass the one and the total would be $300 (mind you, in 3 weeks my house will be hooked up to city water so I don't want to sink money into a whole new system). By the time the dispatch center for Gator calls us back, or I should say, we call them since nobody had even called us yet (mind you there had been no water in my house for 2 days), the price jumped to $1450. Apparently from my house to the office, now both bladders and the well pump needed replaced. Another hour passes and nothing. Apparently they had not called it into the warranty company. So another call to Gator, at which time they informed us he had a stack to send to the warranty company but he would """"put ours to the top"""" and get it right over and we may have more luck getting it moving if we call the warranty company directly, which was done. In the meantime, I called the original people who fixed an issue I had with the system a few years prior. They came out a couple hours later, looked at it, and had the water back on in 2 min after looking at it. Turns out it was a tripped GFI, ants in the bottom switch unit and 1 bad bladder that leads from the holding tank. Total cost to fix, with labor $325. Turns out, my well pump is just fine. Basically they were trying to sell me things I didn't even need, even after we told them I'm being hooked up to city water in 3 weeks. What a joke. Watch out for this company. Make sure to get a second opinion on anything they tell you.

Gator investigated a fairly large plumbing problem for me. They NEVER provided an estimate for the work. While he was there, I asked him to replace the flush valve and flapper on the toilet. He said, """"I don't have a flapper"""". He replaced the flush valve but it leaks much worse than before. Avoid.

It took 2 visits, a leaky shower head, paid $400.00 for 2 cartridges to be replaced, the original leaky shower head is still leaking, called back, I was told it will be $500.00 to replace faucet and stop leak. Stay away from these guys, I'm calling BBB next.

The attention and follow up we received, along with the skill of the installers was better than expected. We ran out of hot water on Fri afternoon and they were at my home on Monday a.m. to address the problem. I would not call another plumber in the future. You can stop your search now.

Jordan showed up on time and did a great job! Would definitely reccomend. He took the time to thoroughly listen to our issue. Was ready with all of his tools and stuff to protect our wood floors. There are roots in our line, but was able to help today and with next steps. 5 stars for service, punctuality, work done and communication. It was hard to get a company out here quickly and Gator was much easier to work with than the other companies we contacted. Extra bonus was that our toddler was comfortable with him in the house and Jordan took the care to ensure her safety.

I had a water softener system installed by Grizzly Plumbing. Craig always said to call if I had any questions and he would stop by. The city ( Punta Gorda) came to check our water pressure and asked us to bypass the softener. My husband turned the knobs but wasn't sure if he turned them back correctly so I called the number on Craig's card. The lady was very nice and said she had someone in the neighborhood who would check the knobs for me. Never mentioned that they had bought out Grizzly or that would be a service charge. 125 dollars for 5 seconds work. Yep, I got taken. Beware!!! Robyn, your response might be what you were told but it is completely untrue. I stayed right by his side during the visit.

Funny how American Home Shield actually has it documented that your responses to them (ie yelling and cursing) were the same exact way you treated me. Your company is still a joke and I feel sorry for anyone that does business with you. As stated, your full of lies and full of yourself. The only people I ever talked to in Your office was you, and I'm guessing your husband or boyfriend who took the phone from you and used such educated words such as """"dick"""" and """"asshole"""". You two jokers then continued on your pathetic rants to the AHS rep that callEd you on a recorded line, and noted the account as well aS reported your joke of a company for review. Also, Just to be clear, you or your company NEVER called me to eXplain they would be late. The only waY I found out was when I i started making phone callls to you. When speaking of happiness and peace with ones self, you and your company should go look in a mirror.......or perhaps the other scathing reviews of your crappy customer service. Have a good day and a Happy New Year!

Homeowners Beware! We hired Gator Plumbing to set shower drains, install toilets and connect sinks. Sink and two toilets leaked after installation and piping from the wall was not trimmed to provide a professional appearance. Dan came out to correct, but even now hot/cold is backwards and piping from walls look unprofessional. One sink never finished, although bill was paid in full. I could have watched YouTube, drank a 12 pack, and done a better job than GDP. We spent a few days contacting GDP to get their shoddy work corrected, and Dan's response was to curse out my wife. When she posted a negative review, Dan filed a complaint with CC permit dept. The head scratcher here is the complaint is for work GDP did, that according to GDP does not require a permit. Any business owner that cusses out women and then files a complaint like a spiteful 12 year old because he gets called out for poor quality work does not deserve your business.

Unfortunately I had to give at least 1 star even though the company deserves 0. Awful company with awful customer service. After they never showed up for my first appointment I had to call and reschedule for the next day. They never showed up or called for the second appointment. 2 missed appointments in 2 days. Never hire them. If they handle the company like they handle their customers, they won't be in business much longer thankfully.
