STAY AWAY FROM GATOR. We bought a new sink and faucets to install. Not exactly a difficult job for a real plumber. We called Gator. On Monday, they sent a FAKE PLUMBER who didn't know what he was doing. He spent 3 hours working on INSTALLING A SINK and FAUCETS including a filtered H20 faucet. After 3 hrs, the faucets were put on facing the wrong way the connections were wrong - hot and cold and LEAKING. . NOSINK or H20 for 2 days. Wed,Gator, sent another FAKE PLUMBER. He corrected the hot and cold connections and fixed the faucets so they were facing the right way on Friday. The cold water also had a Kohler water filter on it. Everything seemed OK until Sunday. On Sunday morning, our neighbor in our condo, on the second floor, shows up at our door. Water was leaking from our sink into his condo. We had to shut the water off. AGAIN NO WATER in the kitchen. We had to use the bathroom sink to get water and wash dishes. Great for a party we had! Monday, Gator sent another FAKE PLUMBER. This FAKE PLUMBER told us that the Kohler water filter was leaking on the cold connection. This FAKE PLUMBER not as a result of anything Gator did. This FAKE PLUMBER explained because no one from Gator touched it - it was old and needed replacement. My husband watched the first FAKE PLUMBER remove the water filter. I told the 2nd FaKE PLUMBER that and the FAKE PLUMBER"""" left saying he was not going to be treated disrespectfully. Again, can't use the kitchen sink for another day. Tues., Owner of Gator, Dan Jennings, FYI, THE ONLY LICENSED PLUMBER in his company shows up. He DOESNT have the RIGHT TOOLS to fix it! Mind you, told us he would be at our house between 9-11. When he show up at 11 has to go to HOME DEPOT to buy the equipement! I am getting nervous because I had to leave for appt. Finally returns, an 1 hr later and fixes it. Dan Jennings, was unapologetic, angry and kept complaining to me about how much money he lost on this job. He started calling me names because I complained about the lousy work and untrained people he was hiring. I was also afraid of him. If you are a woman alone, make sure a man is with you if you hire anyone from this company.

Gator installed over 100' of buried natural gas line and hooked up a pool heater and a grill. After the pavers were put down (around the pool) we smelled gas. They found the leak under the pavers by the grill and repaired it promptly and courteously. If I owned a plumbing company I would hire Jimmy and Johnathan without hesitation. Everyone makes a mistake once in a while. It's what you do about it that matters.

Gator plumbing replaced the water pipe system under my mom's trailer in Fort Myers. They destroyed her laundry bathroom area leaving unremoveable foam over her toilet, washer dryer and entrance way. The inspector came out 2 times because of holes near the AC. Even worse, they tore a hole in the AC duct under the trailer and did not repair. We found out about this after the AC blower quit working and the AC coils were filled with insulation. Infiltered air from the AC was coming in through the extensive hole in the duct from under the trailer instead of through the filter. Gator plumbing left large holes under the trailer destroying the AC and now rats are infesting the trailer. And we paid Gator over $10,000 to replace the water pipe system. Now we have a rat infestation and a broken AC.

Today I had an appointment through my home warranty company. The appointment was set for 11am- 3pm at 3:30 I called gator cause no one showed, they said they were running late and apologized cause no one called me. At 4:30 I called my warranty company and advised them that no one showed, they called gator and he was on his way and close to my house at 5:10 he finally showed up, spent 10 minutes under the sink replaced two small filters and $45.00 later he was gone. They didn't even discount the copay for being 2 hours an 10 minutes late.

Gator investigated a fairly large plumbing problem for me. They NEVER provided an estimate for the work. While he was there, I asked him to replace the flush valve and flapper on the toilet. He said, """"I don't have a flapper"""". He replaced the flush valve but it leaks much worse than before. Avoid.

Have a water hammer problem, two trips, very nice service tech's'. However, nearly $400.00 and two large holes in my walls later, still have it and there is no plan. That's all I have to say.

Terrible experience. I called for someone to come and check a plumbing issue I have at my property. Gave them my Credit Card in good faith with the understanding they will call me before doing anything ,they never called me to tell me what was my issue. Finally I call them back to find out they completed a job without any authorization and charge my credit card $450.00 When I told Kimberly that was not professional on their side and asked her why they never called me Kimberly just became extremely rude . Very upset and disappointed with the company.

Unfortunately I had to give at least 1 star even though the company deserves 0. Awful company with awful customer service. After they never showed up for my first appointment I had to call and reschedule for the next day. They never showed up or called for the second appointment. 2 missed appointments in 2 days. Never hire them. If they handle the company like they handle their customers, they won't be in business much longer thankfully.

Funny how American Home Shield actually has it documented that your responses to them (ie yelling and cursing) were the same exact way you treated me. Your company is still a joke and I feel sorry for anyone that does business with you. As stated, your full of lies and full of yourself. The only people I ever talked to in Your office was you, and I'm guessing your husband or boyfriend who took the phone from you and used such educated words such as """"dick"""" and """"asshole"""". You two jokers then continued on your pathetic rants to the AHS rep that callEd you on a recorded line, and noted the account as well aS reported your joke of a company for review. Also, Just to be clear, you or your company NEVER called me to eXplain they would be late. The only waY I found out was when I i started making phone callls to you. When speaking of happiness and peace with ones self, you and your company should go look in a mirror.......or perhaps the other scathing reviews of your crappy customer service.
