We had an abrupt issue on Thanksgiving that wasn't pretty to say the least. We were quoted $800 for something that Gary did for $450. Gary called us back on Thanksgiving evening after hours to schedule for first thing the next morning. Very honest pricing def doesn't try to rip you off. He runs a nice, clean, and professional business. He fixed the issue and didn't try to push the re piping that he suggested we replace soon. We will definitely be keeping his number on hand for future issues and changing the pipes that are soon needed.

Gary just hydro-jetted our sewer line, which has been giving us ongoing problems because of roots. We have just had it snaked too many times. When Gary came out we discussed our options- short term and long term. He is so professional and thorough. He arrived when he said, got it done quickly, cleaned things up and showed me the results with the camera. I don't usually write reviews for services unless they are bad but in this case the prompt...professional and courteous service that I received from Gary's Rooter was exceptional...esp. Abe he was super-friendly and very professional in describing the problem and then quickly addressing the solution. The other thing that stood out in the service was that were on time...in dealing with appointments for years with other services I have seldom if ever seen someone actually show up when they say much less on time.

They took a long time with old, rusted equipment and couldn't completely clear the line.
