I had a backed up main line that needed an urgent clean out. I called Gary because of all the great reviews and proximity to our residence and he answered right away. I answered some of his questions and he arrived in less than a few hours. He honestly explained my options at a fair price and went to work right away. We were all done in less than an hour with main line cleaned out and working. On top of that we discovered the cause of my problems. All done in less than an hour. Will be calling Gary again for routine maintenance going forward. Good hard working honest people are hard to come by, but Gary is definitely a gem.

Then i complained my powder room toilet was sluggish and without hesitation Gary pulled out a unique rooter for toilets and cleared that drain as well! In a minute!

I have been using Gary's plumbing services for the past several years now due to a big tree in my yard that has roots going into the piping of my old house that causes a backup in plumbing about once per year. I called Gary late yesterday afternoon with a somewhat complicated plumbing issue that didn't just involve the roots of the tree. He responded to me right away and he graciously agreed to squeeze me in to his schedule for today. He and his partner showed up right when they said they would, took the time to show me the plumbing issue with their high resolution camera, and cleaned up everything nicely once they resolved the issue. Plumbing issues are always a little stressful, but Gary is so professional and always a joy to work with. Not to mention, his prices are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Gary for his professionalism, knowledge and efficiency. Thank you, Gary!
