Live in a 1930s house woke up this morning with water coming up from the shower drain. I knew roots had invaded the sewer pipe. Really did not want to deal with a plumbing company trying to sell additional services. Gary's was different, they came out right away cleared all the roots, were friendly, knowledgeable and honest. And they cleaned everything up after they were finished. I would use them again...highly recommend!

I have a 65 year-old house with a number of plumbing issues. The most critical issue lately was a back-up in the drain in my garage.

I called a recommended plumber and left a voice mail to call me back. Nobody called me back. Next day, I called again and left another voice mail. Again, no call back.

Then I got smart and looked at the Yelp reviews. Seeing the reviews about Gary convinced me to give him a call.

An hour later, Gary returned my call. We set up a convenient time to meet. Gary was on time. 45 minutes later, my drain had been snaked out. Gary was fast and efficient.

Gary offered advice as to the other issues with my plumbing. He advised me to spend my money wisely and told me how I could try to fix some the problems myself. I am very grateful to Gary for his advice.

I would definitely recommend Gary to anyone needing rooter or hydro-jetting service.

When I bought my house last year, the former owner told me that once a year, he had to have roots cleared out from the sewer line. He wasn't kidding. A year out, our drains started backing up. Based on seeing positive reviews, I contacted Gary and he came out right on time as scheduled. We have a difficult setup, with our cleanout 185 feet from the city sewer line, and a couple turns in between. Still, he sent the camera all the way down the line, showed me the roots, hydrojetted them and cut them away, and showed me the end result. His work was honest, he stuck to his quote, and I couldn't be more satisfied. I'll call on him again the next time this needs to be done.

Whoever built out 80s house had the brilliant idea to make the pipes under the cement driveway of CLAY. This means even a modest weed root can pop through the pipe. And when there are a lot of roots, it results in, oh, human excrement shooting out of a relief valve in our garage. On our stuff. It's a problem.

But at least it's less of a problem because of Gary. He came out the same day we called him within a couple hours, explained the nature of the problem to my hubby, and gave us a good price to hydrojet the pipes clean. He's also a nice guy, which can't hurt when your life has been turned upside down by poop being in places it DOES NOT belong. Highly recommended!

Gary was cheaper than the competition and did a great job. I recommend anybody who's having mysterious drainage problems go with Gary. As he performed the hydrojetting he walked me through every inch of my drainage system including diagnosing the trouble spot and the exact amount of pipe I would have to replace. I felt very informed by the end.

I contacted Gary for a second opinion for sewer line issues related to roots intruding in the original 1924 clay pipes. The other vendor quoted me repairs ranging from $675 - $17,000 depending on the services. Gary was prompt and incredibly professional, he cleaned out the pipes and told me I didn't need to spend the money on costly repairs at this point. I have a one year warranty and I will refer my neighbors to him. Great job and really appreciate the honest assessment

I am happy to add to Gary's 5 star parade -- all well deserved. I found Gary only because of Yelp. I have to admit, the number of 5 star reviews was surprising. Someone along the way usually has some issue. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. We have a bad set of main line pipes and the issue has been brewing for years. Gary came out on a Wednesday, checked the clay pipes and found the expected major root issues. He also discovered one part of the pipe was broken (it had probably been that way for a long time). Gary came back Thursday on time (actually early) and was present for the job himself. His crew worked in the hot sun and got the pipe fixed and the water running again. Gary, though, was not pleased. He said a part of the pipe toward the street could only be cleared about 50% -- again not surprising given the longstanding problem. Gary's response was that he did the best he could and got most of it but he could not charge the amount quoted because he could not get it 100%. I was happy getting it where we got it! I have never had that level of customer interaction and service. I see why Gary is so highly rated. My list of plumbers/rooter to recommend now stands at 1 -- just Gary. You will not be disappointed with Gary -- I don't think he'd let you be disappointed.

Gary's Rooter & Hydro-Jetting is awesome. I have a reoccurring main drain problem and had it snaked twice and even hydro-jetted once before Gary. The previous plumber hydro-jetted the main drain and left the gunk behind stating they had to add a two way clean out to complete the drain which is an additional $1300+. I decided to wait on the two-way clean out since he said it would not clog for at least six months. Two months later it was clogged. That was when I called Gary. He came at the specified time and date. Hydro-jetted the main drain and cleaned all the gunk left by the previous plumber without having to add a two-way clean out as the previous plumber stated. He cleared the entire main drain, from the far rear house all the way to where it connects to the street drain. And on top of that gave me a guarantee on his work. Can't ask for more. Call Gary, you will not regret it.

Gary's hydro-jet service is wonderful. It cleaned up all the 50 plus years of accumulated junk of the drain lines, saving me from replacing the old pipes under the house. He showed me the inside of the pipes with his special camera after the cleaning. Just so lucky to find him.
