This is my second time using Gary's Rooter Service. New house this round. Our washing machine drain was backed up. Gary answered the phone right away and Abraham was at our doorstep a 1/2 hr later. Abraham was professional and courteous. Super cool dude. He discovered that we had root intrusion in our pipe and he cleared it out in no time. These guys are great and know their stuff. Why bother with other plumbers? I had been told by others that the house needed a clean-out in the front yard, so Gary came over to quote for a new clean-out, hydro-jetting, and new pipes.

Turns out we didn't need to make a clean-out at all -- we already had one!!! I'm not sure if the previous plumbers were crooks or just not very thorough, but Gary told me there was no need to add the new clean-out and he would do a camera inspection for free. This alone gave me confidence in Gary's honesty and integrity, but one top of that, once he had kindly showed me the video footage, he quoted me the lowest quote for hydro-jetting.

I jumped on his offer and couldn't be happier. He left me with a DVD and email receipt/warranty. Very very very happy and won't bother to call others in the future.

We love Gary! We met him through our agent when he inspected the sewer line for the house we ended up purchasing 3 years ago. He hydrojetted the line and installed a clean out. We just hired him again to install a trenchless replacement of the line (original from the 20s). He and his crew are supernice, honest, punctual and neat. He even fixed a leak under our guest house for free, even after coming in under budget. We highly recommend him.

I called on a Saturday and Gary showed up promptly, actually earlier than expected. He cleaned the sewer line and showed me the inner lining with his camera just as we had discussed. There was no sales push and he provided the services that we discussed without any hassle. I put off having my sewer line hydro-jetted for a long time as I was quoted some high prices from other plumbers. Then I found Gary's. I am super pleased with the work they did and the low price. They beat anybody else. Clean, efficient, quick and very nice! I also can get a credit on my city water bill when I turn in the CD Gary made for me showing the cleaned pipes.
