I called Gary because my kitchen sink had backed up. I was concerned something was really wrong with my plumbing, as I've had problems, and it's an old house. But when Gary came he was able to fix it just by running the garbage disposal, which I had tried but didn't work for me. He could have charged me for the visit or told me something was really wrong, but he was very kind and honest and refused any payment and just said everything was fine, which was a huge relief. He was such a nice man, I'm grateful I called him!

Well it is true!!! All these amazing reviews you would think something is wrong but it is not. Gary is a true gem and watching him work on my sewer line roots on a line that is nearly 100 years old was an amazing experience. He was so thorough getting through each root over and over again until the line was perfectly clear. What a life saver and MONEY saver so reasonable i gave an extra $20.00. He was so professional in every way. I tell you now if he says he will be there in two days WAIT dont call anyone else you will save yourself so many headaches as well as a ton of money. I had Gary come out and hydro jet our mainline and he did a great job. He did what he said, arrived on time, performed the work quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price. I called Gary after my long time local service provider did not have the courtesy to call me back to discuss the cost of the job. Under the circumstances, I'm glad they didn't call back. With Gary I saved money and got superior service, going forward I will use Gary.

Gary arrived for an emergency drain clean for our HOA. Back-flow was coming up through several of our units washing machine drain and was flooding the lower level with sewage water. He arrived very quickly late Friday night and worked for over 3 hours to solve the problem. He had the focus and attention of a surgeon and took care of the our problem. He has up to date equipment and is very efficient. We are going to use Gary for regular drain maintenance. You can't go wrong with this company. He earned every star!

I found Gary through Yelp and he had almost all steller reviews. We needed to to a sewer line inspection for a property we were purchasing and I needed to find someone to run a fiber optic camera through the sewer line.

I needed to make a precise appointment as we had told the current tenants we were doing a line inspection at a precise time. Most plumbers in my experience give a 2-3 hour window for when they will arrive but Gary said he could make it at the appointed time and he was there on time just as he said.

He was friendly and courteous and explained every step of the process, letting us watch the camera move through the sewer line. He also inspected all of the other clean outs even though he was only supposed to inspect the main sewer line.

I highly recommend Gary. All of these positive Yelp reviews for him are 100% true. I will definitely use him again for my plumbing needs.

I had used another plumber before and wasn't completely satisfied. Decided to give Gary a try based on the Yelp reviews and am I glad I did.

Gave him a call in the morning. We arranged a time that day. He was prompt, courteous, did a great job, rates were very reasonable, he cleaned up everything and just like the review before said he is friendly and knowledgable. To top it off, I asked him to look at another drain and he was able to repair that.

Gary,s was the second plumber to deal with my problem. the first was rooter hero to deal with a clogged toilet and main line ... the tech showed up five hours later than they said they would be there. he tried declogging the toilet without success ...he convinced me to a camera inspection .after
the inspection they said I needed two thousand to put in a clean out access point and that was the only way... to get to the clog ....I told them thank you.. and I would call them if I decided to have them proceed ... well I called Gary,s and they had no problem getting my drain running free ... point is call Gary,s first

One of my 2 apartment buildings had its sewer line backed up because of roots, etc. Within an hour Gary and his crew were there clearing up not only one but both sewer lines for the apartment buildings although he only charged me for one. The cost of his service is less than going with Roto Rooter. He had his camera and showed me that the drains were now clear. He did recommend other service, but since he did not provide that work he will give me a referral. The sewer line back-up has been a on-going issue for me, but Gary has a 1 year warranty in the event it clogs up again. If you are looking for an epitome of a professional, then look no further. My trusted plumber (who has done great jobs before) told us that it seemed like sludge was causing the extreme slow drain in the tub. He found no hair with the snake about 3 months ago so it was going to cost me 800 or more to open the drain and clean them out. Well thank goodness I dug around the internet and found this hydro jetting service and what it can do. I read Gary's reviews and decided to go for it.
Gary came to our house Sat morning on time with his machine. He spent time flushing the drain with the tube then went in from the roof all the way down the sink drain. Some dirty water came up then everything started to drain. I am extremely happy because I only spent 350 and no mess anywhere. Gary is very honest, professional, and explains things very clearly. I will recommend him to all my friends and family.
