Gary personally responded to our late night phone call and arranged to do our main drain hydrojet the very next day.

He and his partner were on time and completed the job efficiently all the while carefully explaining the situation and showing us things on the camera that other plumbers had neglected to show us.

When we purchased our home we were told we needed to flush our pipes every year. Having no idea what that really meant, I called around and read all the reviews and thought Garys had the right equipment and great pricing for our size property. I really appreciated their great service and quick response. They came the next day after speaking with them and let me know they were on their way 45 minutes prior to coming which was convenient. The guys were very knowledgeable and explained to me how it works and were understanding with my lack of knowledge when it came to what they were doing. They had no problem flushing out our pipes and used a camera even though our property was a half acre. They even took the time to investigate a noise coming from our toilets we were questioning at no extra charge. Very fast with no disruption to our evening which I appreciated. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

Abraham the hero!

We've had a problem with our kitchen sink that we've put up with for years. It was very annoying - it would work okay but then when we ran the disposal it would back up into the other sink (two-tub kitchen sink). But it wouldn't always happen, just when we used the sink a lot, like when doing dishes. Very annoying! We had at least one, maybe two other plumbers out to try and fix the problem without it getting fixed and the problem persisted. So I isolated that there must be a partial blockage way down the line that then caused the pipes to fill up and the disposal to force water up into the other sink. That's when I called Gary's Rooter after reading the Yelp reviews. Abraham came out and I told him others had tried to fix it to no avail - it didn't phase him.

Well, the job wasn't easy. He put the snake down and the piping in our house is old so the snake wouldn't go all the way down the right path and he kept working at it and working at it. An hour of work went by, and we were approaching two hours of trying. But he refused to give up.

After about the two hour mark, it finally worked and we tested the drain and it worked great! And the charge for the fix was the same flat fee I was quoted over the phone that Gary gave me - he didn't try to up-charge me for the extra time he spent.

We've been wanting to get the piping under the sink re-plumbed so I asked him for a price on doing that and he gave us a very reasonable price so we had him come out the next day to do that work too. And, his work was excellent there as well.

In the end, Abraham showed up on time both days. He was very polite. He put booties over his boots every time he came in the house. There was no pressure for more work. He explained anything we wanted to know and told us what he was doing. He worked efficiently, and PERSISTED until the job got done.

We feel we've found a new plumber we're comfortable having in our house and trust will do a complete and professional job.

I hired Gary for a trenchless repiping of my house's main sewer line. I had received three other estimates, and Gary was the only plumber that offered a lifetime warranty and that showed me the inner pipe with a camera inspection during the estimate; very thorough, even before I hired him. He was very informative and easy to contact during the whole process. The new pipe material is supposed to be ""indestructible"" so I'll update this review in 100 years, if I have any issues then. :)

We had called another company and after two days and two attempts to hydro jet our main line they were unable to do it, since our main line is about 132' long. Their camera equipment only had the capacity of 106' long. They suggested for $1600 to install another clean out closer to the sewer and then they would be able to do the job. That did not make sense to us, that we had to spend more money to make their job easier due to the lack of the right equipment needed to perform the job.

THANK GOODNESS, I researched a bit more on YELP and found Gary's Rooter and Hydro-Jetting service. By the pictures posted on his YELP page and his 5 star reviews we are so happy that I called him. Within 2 hours he was at our home and said to us there was no reason for us to install another clean out, that he's equipment is capable of accommodating up to 200' WOW!! He performed the hydro jet cleaning, provided us with a GREAT DVD video of our cleaned mainline and at a very reasonable and competitive price. If you are looking for a PRO, who knows what he's doing, and has the right equipment, don't look any further GARY is the person to call. We will now use him for all future main line cleaning and any plumbing issues. As a plus he's a character with a great sense of humber :) We are extremely happy customers.

I have had the pleasure of having Abraham, who is one of the technician that works for Gary's Rooter and Hydro-Jetting Service, out to my house for two recent plumbing services I needed.
First when our whole house plumbing system completely shutdown and we had no use of our toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, or sewer system connection from our house to the city's sewer system. I had a total of five(5) different plumbing companies come give me their quotes. I had quotes twice as high as Abraham's and some one-third lower than Abraham's but I picked Abraham because I have good knowledge of what a reasonable price should be for the work I needed done and he did not try to over sale me with things I knew I didn't need. He impressed me further by showing up the day and time he said he would start work at my house. Kept all work areas around my house he was occupying orderly as well as completely left those same areas completely cleaned the way it was before he started work at my house. Felt that Abraham did such a GREAT JOB that we re-hired him to come back to our house a few weeks later to replace every toilet in house with new upgraded toilets we wanted put in our house. Definitely would not hesitate to hire him again or refer him to anyone you could use his services.

HONEST, ON-TIME, AND COURTEOUS. We had a dreaded main line clog and Gary's came to the rescue. Another company, which I had scheduled with 3 days before cancelled at the last minute, but Abraham was at our place within the hour after calling. We have a hillside home sitting quite a ways above the street; but this didn't deter him and he had the line clean as a whistle in just a couple of hours, and for a very fair price considering the job. I will DEFINITELY be calling them the next time I need a plumber.
