Great honest service! Called them Sunday morning with water backing up into the house. Gary was just finishing up a job nearby, and said he can show up in 15 minutes. Texted me when he was on the way, and showed up on time. As soon as he got here, he saw that the problem was on the street side and informed me that I could call the City of Sunnyvale about it because this would be their responsibility. Also gave me the option of clearing it himself (for a reasonable price considering this was on a Sunday) if I wanted it taken care of right away. He was willing to wait while I called the City. When they didn't give me any time estimate, and I was having trouble deciding, Gary was nice enough to explain clearly that I could wait a few hours, and if the City doesn't take care of it, he wouldn't mind coming back then if he was available, or that I could call other plumbers for it. Fortunately the City folks showed up within an hour and took care of the problem. 5 stars to Gary for pointing me towards resolving the problem for free even though it meant no gain to him. Will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.

I called Gary n the morning after the shower valve broke off in my wife's hand, and we had to shut the house water off. He called back right away, and although he was already booked up, he came by that evening to fix our shower and get our water back (he got the parts after texting him photos of the broken part). I thought we had to change out the whole wall valve. He talked me into a simpler, and far less expensive replacement of the valve ""cartridge"" (who talks you out of more expensive fixes these day?! - Gary does!). When he came by to change out the old cassette, I was reminded why you need a professional on plumbing jobs! I consider myself a reasonably good handyman, but this turned out to be a bear of a job! The old valve had disintegrated in the valve housing it didn't just ""pop out"" like in those YouTube videos. Again, Gary saved the day !(our first experience was when he helped fix my mother-in-laws sink/drain). His customer service is over the top great!!

Gary's plumbing has failed to fix our sewer line on three different occasions despite being assured it was fixed. It has now backed up again for third time in 3 months. He blames it on city line and city has checked said it is Gary's plumbing. They are incompetent. Wish I could give no stars. Highly disappointed.

After years of my husband trying to clear the pipe that backed up my sink, under the house I
decided that I needed a professional this time. I called Gary and was able to get help the
next day. Eddie came to our rescue and we are so happy. Eddie is a very professional
plumber and took his time to explain what the problem was and the best way to fix it.
He had to work under our house in the crawl space but never complained one bit.
He and his helper dug out a pipe and replaced it and another that were completely clogged.
Everything is working like a dream now. Also we really like Eddie, a very nice man.
We will continue to call Gary for any plumbing needs. I would highly recommend this
company. You won't be sorry. Tell your friends!

Gary answered and set my appointment professionally. On the day of the appointment Ed called to confirm and showed up on time. Ed is courteous, friendly and knowledgable upon asking he said he has eight years experience. He proactively provided suggestions with how to fix a design issue which blocked access to our toilet. Ed also installed a new garbage disposal, worked neatly, and even helped with the disposal of old machine. Great service will call again when another issue appears. Thank you for the great job Ed and Gary.

I called Gary's Plumbing after 8PM Thursday night with a blocked sewage sump pump in the basement and he got back to me right away. He and his crew were busy the next day but he told me that he would see if one of his crew could fit me in. Ed was able to come first thing the next morning. I thought we were going to have to put in a new pump which would have cost $700-800 but Ed figured out that it was just the float that was mucked up. He told us how we could clean it ourselves and saved us a bunch of money! Ed was very friendly and helpful and I won't hesitate to call him again the next time I need a plumber. Thanks Ed!

I called Gary's after my main line broke on a Thursday evening before a long weekend. He was very responsive, figuring out times to send his people out. They came out late in the evening and worked at night to get the line fixed. I would use Gary's again (though I sure hope my line doesn't break again).

Ed came out to help with my broken water heater (only 3 years old) and really went beyond the norm to try to help (even checking with home depot if they might support a credit since it was still under warranty, etc. Unfortunately we learned it actually came from somewhere else.. so I will address any possible credit later.) Long story but after terrible water heater performance, multiple incidents over the last three years, and ongoing explosive sounds, I opted for replacement since my water heater seemed to possibly be very dangerous and any repairs might not fix the explosions and issues... (btw initial installer, Aloha was terrible and did not in any way stand behind their work, and previous repair guys, for a supposed thermal couple issue, no better. lesson to me to Yelp prior!)

Ed was incredibly supportive and understanding (after hearing all of this) and we discussed at length the options and best path. After my having no water for 2 weeks (another story how this evolved in December... ), he understood I wanted water quickly and helped me get there today, even with my very limited availability this week to address. Work was completed this AM and needless to say I probably drained all 50 gallons in a hot shower after 2 weeks without.

Ed- thank you for your help and compassion and excellent, professional job!

To others - I highly recommend Ed! (others on team are probably good too, but Ed will be my guy if I need any more help!)

Jose and his colleague came out to install a new kitchen faucet for us. They did a great job, showed up on time, were courteous, and worked fast. They even used booties to cover their shoes, which shows that they were respectful and conscientious. I would also commend them for coming to install the faucet for me when other plumbing services refused to. Jose even hauled away the old faucet and packaging for me! Much appreciated. I will definitely use them in the future.
