We had a main line issue and called Gary's Plumbing. Robert came out and complained that there is no good clean out to use. He keeps pushing me to build a clean out right there, and quoted me $2500. I refused to do major work without getting bids. He managed to get the water to flow and charged me $300. Guess what, our drain backed up 3 days later. Rooter came out this time and cleaned it completely to the street with the same clean out hole. With camera, they also pinged the location where a pipe was broken. They quoted me 300 less in building a clean out.

Had a clogged main sewer line from my house. I called a different company with a 5 star rating on yelp and they were not able to unclog it. The other company tried to push me toward a $2500+ pipe repair job. So I called Gary's and they came out on the weekend and had everything cleared in minutes. No expensive repair job needed. Thanks guys for the great work and especially thanks to Robert who was able to complete the job the other guy couldn't. It's great to know there's someone I can trust with plumbing work.

We had a plumbing emergency and was referred to Gary's by another plumber who was honest enough to say they did not have sufficient equipment to do the job. Gary immediately answered the phone and he was quite pleasant and informative. He quoted us a price that was reasonable so we took the plunge...and it turned out to be an unforgettable evening that my wife and I will never forget.

Robert turned up and after a while cleared our main drain that was clogged. But as he started talking to me, I realized we had some common ground; that he was a born-again, spirit-filled Christian. Talking to Robert, he not only encouraged me in my walk with God but also reminded me to reignite my passion for God and His work. It's somewhat funny, here was a plumber to fix my toilet but he not only fixed it, he fixed my confidence and breathed life into me and for that, I will always be grateful.

Robert also reduced the original price that was quoted us from $500 down to $250 and we are very grateful and extremely blessed! Robert, if you are reading this, thank you once again for being a blessing to me and my family, not only financially but spiritually!!

Ed showed up early - no complaints!
He put down guards to prevent staining messes that come with drain cleaning.
He assessed the situation quickly and unblocked the drain shortly after.
Before he left, he gave me good advice on how to reduce the chance of future clogs.
The charge for the fix was reasonable, likely better than others.
So, nice guy, helpful, competent and a good clean up at completion make for a 5 star.

Used this provider again (not sure if my previous review will persist as I never was reviewing the same provider twice). This time for a costly job: replacing sewer pipe. When I first heard the price I was very skeptical - I didn't know the prices on the market. When the guys have come and started working I changed my mind. I was watching as they were working (not because of distrust, it was just a curiosity - I'm an engineer myself) and had to admit the price was well deserved.

While digging they've discovered that scope of the work is larger than they were expecting initially. That was a surprise for us both: me and them. Nobody could expect it in advance. Though, they decided to take this risk on them which made me believe there're real professionals. Other ""professionals"" tend to put all unexpected costs on your shoulders.

It was a very positive experience. Plus, they give 10 years warranty, and as far as I can tell they exist in business long enough to claim this is a realistic promise. First person I was calling for this job has left the business in just a year.

Called Gary late in the morning explained my problem (leaking faucet in my bathroom). As agreed the plumber was at my home at 1:30 sharp. I showed Cesar my problem and he quickly determined that I had two problems. He fixed one problem on the spot and gave me some options about fixing the second problem. Cesar was patient with me as I asked several questions and basically said that he could fix my leaking faucet, but it would be a lot cheaper if I did it myself which I ended up doing.

I really appreciated Cesar's honesty and his patience. I would call Gary's again and would tell my friends to call him if they need a plumber.

When you need a plumber, the stakes are high and the requirements clear: show up on time, charge fair rates, know what you are doing, be efficient, and leave the job clean. Easy, huh?

The guy was a pro. Expected at 8:30am, rang the doorbell at 8:29am, ready to work.

My job was easy: the drain in the wall from the washing machine was blocked with lint and funk. Quick snake job and done.

Based on his skills and knowledge, I'd use them again for any plumbing issues....

$150 and I can do laundry til the cows come home.

These guys did it again for us!! Garys' Rescue Rooter is the only way to go for your plumbing needs.
Not only were Ed, Cesar and Tino timely and professional, they were excellent hard workers that knew their stuff. We got great recommendations and advice as well as speedy recovery with our cracked pipe. I couldn't believe it when I came outside and saw Tino had dug through a layer of natural rock in the front yard. Now that is hard work!
These guys were great as well. So nice and funny, it was a pleasure having them here with us.
I forgot about Gary. He is a very nice, helpful guy that will try to work you into the schedule ASAP. When you have sewage leaking into your bathtubs, that is important!

Second time is a charm! If you have plumbing needs, don't go anywhere else. Gary's is the place you want to call. You will be made a priority, and you won't feel like you just got robbed either. Fast, friendly and fair.. Gary's is the BEST!
