Several plumbing companies just stopped wanting to help because it required pulling permits and doing some leg work. I found GPP who took on the project and sent us one of their plumbers, David, who did all the actual plumbing work but was also such a delight to work with. He was here sometimes at 6 am to get some things done for the next round of trades, before he want on to bigger jobs. After being my own GC, my nerves are shot working with contractors. David made it so easy to work with a plumbing company and I'd highly recommend him to anyone with new construction work.

The crew was very polite, on time and cleaned up when they were done! Additionally, at a later date they came out to look a leak under my sink and as I was already a client, did not charge me a ""trip fee"" for what turned out to be a very easy solution.
