We are building a guesthouse for my mother that required it's own water, power and septic. Several plumbing companies just stopped wanting to help because it required pulling permits and doing some leg work. I found GPP who took on the project and sent us one of their plumbers, David, who did all the actual plumbing work but was also such a delight to work with. He was here sometimes at 6 am to get some things done for the next round of trades, before he want on to bigger jobs. After being my own GC, my nerves are shot working with contractors. David made it so easy to work with a plumbing company and I'd highly recommend him to anyone with new construction work.

After charging us $70.00 to come out and estimate replacing our in sink garbage disposal, they gave us a quote with a +$500.00 markup on the garbage disposal appliance. Didn't end-up selecting them for the job.

Great service. I really appreciate Drew taking the time to explain what needed to be done for my garbage disposal replacement and advising me that the unit should still be under warranty. The crew was very polite, on time and cleaned up when they were done! Additionally, at a later date they came out to look a leak under my sink and as I was already a client, did not charge me a ""trip fee"" for what turned out to be a very easy solution.
