Established in 1940, the business began as a franchise by my great-uncle, Russell P. Garvin. Now led by the third generation, his nephew runs the business, with his daughters handling operations alongside 20-year veterans in the industry, combining time-honored practices with modern concepts and technologies. This year, we proudly celebrated our 70th anniversary in business! For more than 22 years, Kenneth has been at the helm, inheriting the business from his Uncle Russell P. Garvin. Having begun his career as a technician, he offers a unique viewpoint, having done the hard work himself for years. His experience motivated him to boost employee benefits as one of his first initiatives as the new owner. Kenneth previously worked as a pastry chef and continues to bake for the Annual Christmas Party, and he bakes monthly for the serviceman's meetings to recognize employment anniversaries and celebrate staff birthdays. The team genuinely enjoys the cakes.
