Incorporated in 1940, the company was launched as a franchise by my great-uncle, Russell P. Garvin. Currently in its third generation, the ownership has passed to his nephew, with his daughters overseeing operations alongside 20-year veterans in the industry, merging traditional values and experience with innovative ideas and technologies. This year, we proudly celebrated our 70th anniversary in business! Kenneth has owned the business for over 22 years, having taken over from his Uncle Russell P. Garvin. Having begun his career as a technician, he offers a unique viewpoint, having done the hard work himself for years. His experience motivated him to boost employee benefits as one of his first initiatives as the new owner. Before joining the plumbing industry, Kenneth was a pastry chef, and he still bakes for the Annual Christmas Party, and he bakes monthly for the serviceman's meetings to recognize employment anniversaries and celebrate staff birthdays. The team genuinely enjoys the cakes.
