My son scheduled an appointment for plumbing work with Joseph and took the day off to be there when he comes in as scheduled but unfortunately he never came and didn't even let him know until we called him from a random number after he ignored my son number and texts. Said ""he won't be able to make it since he got busy with an other job"".. Very disappointed, very unprofessional and unreliable, I don't recommend at all.

We hired Joseph to install our 75 gallon hot water tank and he was wonderful. We had several plumbers come out...some not so knowledgeable. But upon his arrival we knew Joseph's knowledge was unmatched. It was obvious he's had decades of experience. He was honest, upfront, knowledgeable and did a great job.

My tenant contacted me concerning condensation on a ceiling so I contacted Joseph. During my initial conversation with Joseph I explained that I felt it was probably an issue with the a/c system. In a condescending tone, (most likely because I'm a women) he was quite adamant that it WAS NOT the a/c system. After coming out and investigating the issue he quickly brushed over the fact that he was wrong and I was right and it was indeed an issue with the a/c system. Surprisingly he continued with that same condescending tone. Without contacting me he arranged to have his brother look at the a/c claiming he had a back problem. Did he think I didn't have a right to know about this arrangement? Oh that's right, I'm a women so let the guys handle that stuff while I stay in the kitchen baking cookies. To make matters worse he expressed to my tenant that there was an abandoned a/c unit in the attic and it was dangerous!!!!!!!! Dangerous in what way exactly? It gets better. He went on to tell my tenant that having clean a/c filters had little to nothing to do with how well the a/c system worked!!! Really?! Wow, that's news to me. So here he is, not only has he wasted valuable time by initially telling me that my instincts about it being the a/c system were wrong, speaking to me in a way that, because I'm a women I have absolutely no way of understanding the real issues, (let a man handle it!) but clearly he is giving bad advice about something he apparently knows absolutely nothing about! The next day I had an a/c service man that I was familiar with investigate the issue. Come to find out that my tenant who had lived there for nearly 6 years had never changed the a/c filters and this was the problem!!! The system was so clogged and unable to breath that it created condensation on the ceiling. So not only did Joseph give incredibly bad advice about something he knew nothing about but telling my tenant that dirty filters have no effect on the a/c system was simply negligent and irresponsible!!!

Contacted Joseph on a faucet replacement. Originally we discussed over the phone on a fixed price of $350 for the service which he would show up at 5PM to complete his assignment however he showed up late. The man did his job however he continued to say I needed extra difficult service on a fauce. Well, at the end of the job, it somehow went from $350 to $800 of a faucet fixture. To top it off the faucet did not work, faucet was defective from manufacturing, however I paid $800 for service and in the end it did not work. I had to install a new faucet on my own, which I had already payed for.

I would not recommend him.

A total bait and switch on price. I felt he was price gouging due to the current uncertainty of Covid.

Mr. Joseph provides excellent service. Very hard working and honest man. It was super late when our water heater broke, called him and he still took the time and came out to fixed it for us. Even fixed the shower upstairs that has been broken for the last 2 years. He knows what he is doing. No need to go anywhere else. If you need something done call him. He is the man to call. Found my plumber for life.

With the great news from Joseph that we didn't need to destroy our beautiful hardwood floors (not to mention our bank account as well) to find and fix the nearly 65 year old drain, I had no problem joining in on some of his favorite R&B classics. Turns out Joseph isn't just a great plumber, diehard Saints fan, compassionate humanitarian and true renaissance man but also a vocal sensation that needs to be heard to truly be appreciated. We rocked out to such hits as ""Good Golly Miss Molly"", ""Mother-in-Law"" and a couple others that still have the neighborhood clamoring for more! But the coupe de gras, the icing on the cake was his solo rendition of New Edition's (feat. Bobby Brown of course) ""My Prerogative!"" We were in awe...spellbound...I nearly wept. Couldn't eat. I got the chills. Felt weak. Had to lay down. Good thing the toilet was working again...I'm just messin. No, literally. Joseph sings like a bird. A Pterodactyl is a bird, right? ....Great person? You bet! Wonderful plumber? Without a doubt! Fair & honest businessman?? Yessiree Joseph!! Sings like an angel riding a rainbow to a butterfly's bachelor bar mitzvah? Well, you will have to see for yourself...(dang he's a good plumber.)
