After texting pictures of my leaky water heater, I was quoted just shy of $200 to fix it. Joseph brought 2 stainless steel hoses to replace. I thought to myself hoses can't be more than $30, rest must be labor. After arriving an hour later than promised time, I was told I needed a new water heater. Quoted me almost $1400 to have a new unit put on. Ok thank you but I will need time to think about it. It would have been nice if that was the end of it. Before he left, he wanted $57 service fee which he failed to mention over the phone or text. Are you really charging me $57 for few min to look over my water heater and to tell me I needed a new unit? To make things worse he said he doesn't take credit card payments but ended up accepting and charging me extra for ""cc processing fee"". Their website advertises accepting credit cards. Got a new Rheem unit installed for $1100 out the door. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

Got to give a big thanks to Gardner Plumbing I Called Mr. Joseph with some water heater issues he came out the next day got everything taken care of now I can take a hot shower thanks again look them up for any plumbing needs

Don't trust this guy! He will trick you into using him by saying he will price match. All he does is drags out the work and makes up excuses for why he can't return to finish a job. Very unprofessional.

Gardner Plumbing did an amazing job. He was on time, fixed the plumbing under our sink. Joe was very polite and professional. It wasn't an easy fix but did a great job and it was fixed. He changed a valve under the sink and put on easy valve turn off to make it better.

We had a sewage emergency on a Sunday. Called 3 plumbers and no one could come until the next day. Called Gardener Plumbing and they arrived in an hour and fixed the issue which was soft blockage in the main. Professional, friendly and efficient at a price less than you'd expect for an emergency call. Now we are using Gardener Plumbing change out 3 of our old toilets. Great company.

The price for a new water heater was reasonable and the work WAS completed however... the plumber was extremely unprofessional, lazy, late, mainly wanted to socialize despite being hours behind schedule, left trash and a muddy mess behind in the garage for me to clean up (which is to be expected) but also walked through my house with his work boots on (uninvited) leaving muddy footprints all over my house.

He doesn't know how to find the hot water line. His amateur, rookie mistakes cost me $100's. His work was not warrantied, not guaranteed, and not correct. He made huge mistakes with water line, condensation line, and vent.

HE WILL MAKE HIS PROBLEM YOUR PROBLEM. WORK NOT COMPLETED. Unprofessional, low quality. Lied repeatedly. Hired to install and tankless water heater. Made several mistakes and acted like it was our problem. Didn't show up, didn't call, didn't complete work. I have to find someone new and start over.
