Our water heaters just stopped working. We didn't have a regular plumber we can just call, so we looked for a local plumber and that's when we found Joseph Gardner. He responded immediately and was aware of our situation of being without HOT WATER. He came out to my house the next day and replaced both of my original water heaters. His prices are affordable and his service was outstanding!! We Highly recommend Gardner Plumbing as you local plumber!!

This is to update last review. As of today, I have not heard so much as a peep from Joseph. I had left a negative review about improperly installed Pex done in 2019. Another plumber had been working on a leak and commented that all the Pex tubing was laying on the ground instead of being tacked up. Joseph promised several times during the months of April, May of this year to have a worker out to properly tie up. Gave every excuse as to why someone had not been out, so we finally hired someone else to do HIS job. He had cancer, he was too old to crawl under the home to do work, his worker was injured etc etc. No communication unless I called him. So, do not hire this company. Much aggravation, wasted time and money. Shame on you for taking advantage of the elderly.

Ok, so I needed a new water heater and it happened on the weekend. I call at least 6-7 different companies, many lead me on, I never was able to connect to the actual companies just their call centers. I searched Google, Yelp etc. Then I found Gardner Plumbing through Craigslist and I contacted Joseph right away first call. They were extremely responsive!!! None of the advertised ""24/7"" companies were as responsive as Gardner Plumbing.

Joseph came, replaced my 50Gal water heater (with a really nice new updated water heater) and with a reputable brand and at a great price. $400-600 cheaper than the quotes I later received from the slow-to-respond companies.

All I can say is its a no brainer I would for sure use them again. And I can easily recommend their services.

I should also note Joseph was very respectful of my time, kept me very informed of appointment time frame and where he was at. Just a super nice guy!

My water heater went out and I called Joesph , I explained that the man I had called to replace it hadn't showed up, sent him pictures of my dead heater and where it was (I'd been without water for three days). he was immediately able to quote me a price over the phone, which I accepted. (Very reasonable priced) He told me he'd be right there and he even called to explain way he was running a little late, when he arrived he immediately set to work even though it was after 5, Joesph gave me his card and a brochure with his grand daughter , he's a most friendly and pleasant man as I've ever encountered, he set me at ease immediately and worked through till he got the job done around 9....I have hot water and I have a job well done...don't forget to ask for his Granddaughters discount ....You won't be sorry you called

Joseph was incredible same day service had our hot water up an running by the end of the day. Very knowledgeable with 44 years of experience such a professional enjoyed having him come over. Everything went super smooth from removal to install couldn't have asked for better service. I also price shopped and he blew everyone else away with pricing. I got top-notch service that didn't break the bank. Will recommend to friends and family.

Let me keep it real... Joseph was spectacular! He was referred to us by 5 star leak detection, he answered on the first phone call and came out the next morning. He came to repair our leaking toilet, he was diligent, very knowledgeable, fast, orderly and overall a great vibe! Definitely saved his info and will refer to everyone and anyone!

Joseph is extremely helpful, attentive, and informative. The first time we called him it was an urgent matter and he came out very late, close to midnight. This time we were a bit more lucky and were able to have him visit during normal business hours. He has been very professional and has taken the time to explain and teach us about our plumbing. Weird to say but he has been a joy to work with and has made plumbing matters a lot less stressful. Definitely recommend him to everyone.

Joseph was great! I was in a very difficult situation trying to work with my home warranty company and frustrated tenants who needed there plumbing emergency to be fixed ASAP. Joseph answered and within an hour was onsite giving me a detailed description of the issue and cost. Joseph was able to fix the issues and all tenants were extremely pleased with his professionalism and timeliness. After he took the time to fill out all of the paperwork needed so i could get full reimbursement for the service. He is the only plumber I will be using in the future. You can count on him!
