Marcus and Mike are great plumbers! After setting appointments with 3 other plumbers, 2 of which were no shows and 1 who gave me an estimate, then rescheduled our appointment 3 times, I was feeling a bit stressed and almost giving up on plumbers completely. I gave these guys a call in an effort to actually have our commercial sink installed and they were able to come out the same day!

Before they drove up to Round Rock, we spoke over the phone about the sink to be installed and I was able to email them photos before they gave me an estimate.

They arrived as promised that evening, the install took about 4 hours, a little longer than expected, but they still got the job done rather than taking off and leaving half-finished work.

The only negative with this experience was the estimate that was originally given was for 2 sinks to be installed, however when they arrived, Marcus claimed he thought it was for only 1 sink. I had sent an email earlier as stated showing that both sinks needed to be installed, but rather than put up a huge fight about it, I just let them install the one sink. It was, still, unfortunately the same price he quoted before, but they did a good job.

Both guys are friendly, as a woman, I felt comfortable being alone in my studio with them, which is a big plus. They installed a custom water spout for me, which is another big plus. All in all, I would refer them to others.

I had a shower drain that was pretty horrifyingly backed up. After looking up several other suggested plumbing companies on Yelp and finding underwhelming reviews, I found Gardenhouse.

We scheduled an appointment online, but forgot to schedule a time. I called Marcos on the scheduled day, and he picked up right away and was able to come out within an hour. He also called me when he and Mike were on their way. I have been kept waiting all day long in the past by different companies for various repair services, so I really appreciate responsiveness.

Marcos told me he'd try to unclog the drain with the small machine, but if it was really stubborn he would have to use the bigger machine, which would be an extra charge. Luckily for us, the smaller machine did the trick. They were in and out in probably 20 minutes. They also noticed that my water heater was turned way up and suggested that I turn it down to avoid burning out the water heater and/or accidentally scalding myself in the shower (good advice).

I know this was a small plumbing problem, but I am so happy to have found Gardenhouse. I would absolutely recommend them and will be calling them again for any future plumbing needs or issues.

These guys came to my house installed a brand new water heater (removed old one) in a little under 3 hours. They were professional and did a great job, is hard to find an honest plumber now days. I called them on a Saturday which is after hours and Mark (owner) was kind enough to come to my house that night at around 9PM to help me out with my issue, which later turn into a scheduled install the following Monday.

I will recommend them to my friends and family without a doubt. Professional, Honest and Fast quality service.

I was lucky enough to have met these guys when I first moved into my house in SW Austin. My company had relocated me here and I was getting a softener hookup in my garage plumbed so I could hook-up my whole-house RO system.

After refusing to let the moving coordinator pay $750 for a plumber from another company do a job that I could have done in a couple hours, I found Gardenhouse Plumbing via Yelp!

They arrived as scheduled and proceeded to do the job I would have done given the right tools. Heck, they even polished all the copper pipe when they were finished because it was in a prominent location, not under a sink. And all that for less than HALF of what the original shyster was going to charge my company.

I've since used them on 3 additional occasions and have not been disappointed once.

The knowledge base possessed by Mike and Marcos is first class, as is their attention to detail and craftsmanship. These guys are top-notch.

Our restroom stopped working on Monday morning. I called over 15 plumbers, and no one could get to us before the end of the day, at the earliest. When I called Gardenhouse, they were professional and friendly. Even though they were in Austin, they made it to our Round Rock office before 1:00 that afternoon. They were beyond professional and very understanding. Thumbs up!!!

I noticed a wet spot in our front yard over the weekend and assumed that we might have a leak in our sprinkler piping. Upon further review, I noticed that the spot was still wet this morning and determined that we had a leak on the water service line to the house.
I called Gardenhouse Plumbing and spoke to Marcus and was really happy to hear that they could be at my house in an hour. Marcus and Mike arrived on time and immediately began to work to figure out what the problem was. The dug up the yard without unnecessarily damaging any of the landscaping and made the repair quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and didn't even mind me supervising the project.
The price was fair and they cleaned up the muddy mess as well as could be expected.
I will use them again and highly recommend Gardenhouse Plumbing to anyone looking for a professional plumbing service company.

I have had two separate plumbing issues on the same pipe in the front yard, roots. Marcos came out both times to fix it and was very reasonable in his costs. The second time, he even went to bat for me against the city on a clean out they installed in a bad location, literally right next to the tree putting roots in my line, and he didn't charge me for the extra time he spent handling the situation. They are two local guys that do everything they can to help the consumer and are pretty up front with the task at hand. I will always refer them to friends and family, and they will be the first plumbers I call for any issues I need help with.

I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. I am a custom home builder and from time to time a need a quick service call. Every time I have called these guys they have been on time and done an excellent job!! I would recommend them to anyone who needs a quality and knowledgeable plumber.

My review is going to sound exactly like the one below that starts with "THESE GUYS ARE FLAKES".
Greenhouse gave us an appointment. We took time off work, arranged a house sitter for the hours we couldn't be there, then we waited, waited, waited. They didn't show. Meanwhile, we had forgone the opportunity to hire another available plumber because these guys had confirmed first. So we have money down the drain (housesitter, lost work hours), and our plumbing emergency is still not fixed. We called multiple times over the day, and they did not return calls.

Had another leak in the yard this year (different location) so called Gardenhouse again. As before, great experience, reasonable price, they did a good job and were great to work with them.

Two days later had a water heater fail. Gardenhouse replaced it the day I called and did a nice job. I think the price was comparable to the last time I had this done (a couple years ago with a different company). I would definitely call them next time and/or recommend them to a friend.
