Update:
I had mentioned the sink complaint was part of a larger job. Today we had another plumber out due to a toilet they installed for us had water come out around the base when it was flushed. It is a not-often used toilet in the basement - located near that utility sink. Today's plumber informed us it had been installed incorrectly. If their response to the original issue was not to deny the issue & note here they would only discuss with my elderly mother (who they already had lied to), it wouldn't even be worth my time to update this review. As it is - years later & we STILL feeling the sting of calling these guys.

Derek did a great job of clearing a clog in the valve if our shower/tub. He was careful and respectful of our home and was very easy to work with. Replacing the valve would have been much more expensive and involved. He thought outside the box and got it done in good time. We will go to home first for any other work.

Yes!!Yes!!Yes!! Don't even consider anyone else! garden home plumbing was referred to me by my sister. She was so pleased. Derek did such great work, at our house as well, and at the lowest price I found!! If you go anywhere else you're a fool! I was quoted over 3 times as much by Three Mountains Plumbing. Derek removed our old, broken water heater, did the most professional job of installing the high quality (made in the USA) water heater, cleaned up everything and on top of that...he's really nice! This man should be charging twice the price. If you want someone to make your day, hire Derek from garden home plumbing. He has years of knowledge and experience and he stands by his work!

This was our third time utilizing Garden Home Plumbing's services. All of Derek's visits have been great, but this one was the best. Our water heater gave up the ghost and we were having a hot water emergency. Derek removed the old one and replaced it super quick and at a very reasonable price. He is super friendly (and funny!) and his business/office manager, Lonnie is amazing. I can't recommend this business enough.

I was looking for a plumber and I wasn't sure where to go. I saw the great reviews on here for Garden Home Plumbing and thought I'd give them a call. We were doing a kitchen remodel and I needed a sink hooked up, a faucet installed, a garbage disposal hooked up and a dishwasher connected. They were awesome to deal with! Lani was super responsive and when we needed to move up our scheduled appointment, they accommodated us-even though they were in the middle of a huge construction project of their own. Derek was very knowledgeable and reviewed a future project with me. And just like the other reviewers, they checked in a few days later to make sure everything was good. I'll definitely be using them again and highly recommend them!

I really dreaded calling a plumber because so many are untrustworthy. Luckily I called these guys and their excellent customer service and professionalism put me at ease. I am a happy customer and won't hesitate to call them next time I'm in need of a plumber.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this company is! We've owned our home for 15+ years now and, needless to say, had a few plumbing issues over the years. I've tried a number of local plumbing companies and each time there have been corners cut or the job has come in at a higher than quoted price. Some of these guys can be outright skeevy.

Not the case with this company. I have NEVER been so pleased with the work done-- a simple shower/tub valve replacement. They even took a bit of time to correct a problem I had with a hose bib incorrectly installed by another company. The price was right, the pride in work done was so very evident. Clean, conscientious, on time, and extremely professional. We have saved their business card and it will be the only one we use for our future plumbing problems.

I will admit that I was dreading calling a plumber to take care of our hose hookup in our backyard. So many people had horror stories of things that happened and amounts they were charged by different plumbers.

But with Derek and Lani at Garden Home that was not the case. They were nothing but professional and friendly from the very first phone call. Both times that Derek came out (for the original evaluation and the subsequent repair) he was nothing but professional and polite. He not only showed up on time, but was able to come in within the original cost and time estimate and he cleaned up so well you would have never known he was even there.

I have already recommended them to several co-workers and I know that they will be our 'go to' plumber if anything comes up in the future!
