I think I dodged a bullet with this company. I called on Monday with a non-emergency situation, the woman who answered was rather curt and unprofessional. She stated that I would not get service that day ( I never asked for same day service) and said they would be out the next day.She could not say if it would be morning or afternoon. Not happy with wasting an entire day waiting for a plumber but I just wanted the problem taken care of so I agreed. After wasting most of the day I get a phone call after 2 PM just to be told that they would not be coming that day. No apology nor concern for my time she wanted to schedule a new time, I told her to cancel the appointment that I would find a more professional company to fix the problem.

We made an appointment for a sink install, our sink delivery was delayed so we called GP's front desk a day before to say ""We have to reschedule for next week"". Their crew shows up the next day anyway and are annoyed ""Nobody told us"". We call their desk back ""Please tell your crew, come next week like we instructed you, call my wife's cell phone when you are arriving at 8am."" Next week comes, 8:30am and no crew .. so my wife leaves for 20 min to drop off my son at school. They show up, call MY phone and leave a message ""Since no one is home, we're going to charge you an extra hour for not being home"" and they leave. I call back, explain that their dispatcher screwed up again by not calling my wife as instructed. They finally show up and scratch / gouge the new sink upon install, and now two days later we find a slow and steady leak from the new pipes ... I call and am told ""Oh, we'll see if we can have someone out in a few days"".
Hoping for a happy ending on Monday but not making any bets.

I had a good experience with them. They treated me honestly. They did a nice job. The person on the phone (Shauna) very helpful. She made me feel cared for and my needs would be met....

Professional and friendly service at a fare price, highly recommended! I've used them twice. First time was an emergency. A defective water heater flooded my basement and I was without hot water in cold weather and young children in the house. They had scheduled an immediate appointment and took care of the problem. Later, I called them for minor plumbing problems and was told I had to be put off to a later time due to other emergencies. I could've called another company but I understand and respect their priority of scheduling urgent calls first, especially I had been put to the top of list for my emergency previously. Blower on our furnace went out on what's to be the coldest week of the winter. Our tech professional Steve Healy arrived promptly and had our heat up an running in no time. Even got rid of a dead bird he found in there. Highly recommend Garabedian.

Good luck getting someone to actually show up at your scheduled place...
While I can't comment on their actual service on site, I can tell you that if you have a small job they don't take you as an important customer. You schedule someone to come in and then the day of, they tell you that no one is coming, after you've taken a day off from work.
It doesn't matter how good their hvac experts are if they never make it to your home. The entire experience is beyond awful and I would never recommend them. I'll be sure to tell others about this.
Please understand, one happy customer can have a huge positive impact on your business because they will recommend you to others. Same goes for unhappy customers. You never know how big of an impact a rock can have until you drop it in the water.

Terrible- if i could give 0 starts, I would.

First let me say this is the 2nd time I've worked with Garabedian. The first time the dispatcher/secretary was terribly rude but I got over it since their plumber was fantastic and quick.

This most recent time was horrible- they didnt even show up. Had booked them for an appointment that I needed to be home for and I moved my entire work day to be home. They never called me and after 1 hour of them not showing up, I called them and they said it would be a delay. So then they called back saying the plumber cant show up unless we pay overtime since it would be past 5pm. never once did she apologize, almost making it seem like my fault and I was inconveniencing them. The lady was rude every time i spoke with her and I would never use their services and will be sure to tell my neighbors to avoid them at all costs.

Very unprofessional and simply will do half done jobs so they have to come back and bill you again for the first thing you asked for. If I could give negative stars I would.

They were asked to fix or replace my thermostat, they did neither and when I asked them to come back they said I would have to pay them to replace it.

Absolute joke.

Thank you so much for the quick response and excellent service! Seamus did an excellent job repairing a leak in our shower. His expertise and patience kept us from cutting into the drywall.

We had were very pleased with the Quality and service when we first used Garabedian, when we bought our first home. They continue to be the place we call when we need help. I would not hesitate to recommend Garabedian to family or friends:)

I had a collection of 4 small but important plumbing tasks that were like ""sore Hang-nails"" and I call in Garabedian Plumbing. They arrived promptly and I was very impressed by the professional expertise and conduct of the Plumber with the first name of Eric. He did an excellent job - cleaned up and was a real pro. I am very happy with the results of this project.
