Good luck getting someone to actually show up at your scheduled place...
While I can't comment on their actual service on site, I can tell you that if you have a small job they don't take you as an important customer. You schedule someone to come in and then the day of, they tell you that no one is coming, after you've taken a day off from work.
It doesn't matter how good their hvac experts are if they never make it to your home. The entire experience is beyond awful and I would never recommend them. I'll be sure to tell others about this.
Please understand, one happy customer can have a huge positive impact on your business because they will recommend you to others. Same goes for unhappy customers. You never know how big of an impact a rock can have until you drop it in the water.

Terrible- if i could give 0 starts, I would.

First let me say this is the 2nd time I've worked with Garabedian. The first time the dispatcher/secretary was terribly rude but I got over it since their plumber was fantastic and quick.

This most recent time was horrible- they didnt even show up. Had booked them for an appointment that I needed to be home for and I moved my entire work day to be home. They never called me and after 1 hour of them not showing up, I called them and they said it would be a delay. So then they called back saying the plumber cant show up unless we pay overtime since it would be past 5pm. never once did she apologize, almost making it seem like my fault and I was inconveniencing them. The lady was rude every time i spoke with her and I would never use their services and will be sure to tell my neighbors to avoid them at all costs.

Very unprofessional and simply will do half done jobs so they have to come back and bill you again for the first thing you asked for. If I could give negative stars I would.

They were asked to fix or replace my thermostat, they did neither and when I asked them to come back they said I would have to pay them to replace it.

Absolute joke.

Thank you so much for the quick response and excellent service! Seamus did an excellent job repairing a leak in our shower. His expertise and patience kept us from cutting into the drywall.

We had were very pleased with the Quality and service when we first used Garabedian, when we bought our first home. They continue to be the place we call when we need help. I would not hesitate to recommend Garabedian to family or friends:)

I had a collection of 4 small but important plumbing tasks that were like ""sore Hang-nails"" and I call in Garabedian Plumbing. They arrived promptly and I was very impressed by the professional expertise and conduct of the Plumber with the first name of Eric. He did an excellent job - cleaned up and was a real pro. I am very happy with the results of this project.

UNWILLING TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE. I called garabedian to install a drain for a washing machine. The technician was very friendly and told me that it was unnecessary and that he could save me money (would have been 150). I told him I was nervous as the previous setup had overflowed and wet my carpets. He assured me he had the same setup at home. He put a zip tie around the pipe and charged me 96 dollars (I understand there are minimums)

The very first time I use the machine I come back to find that the hose came loose and my floors are soaked again. I call back to have the issue fixed and woman on the phone sarcastically says ""I knew that was coming"" when I asked them to perform the job I originally asked for free of charge. (Already paid 96 only to have my carpets soaked again) She says ""everyone pays the 96"" to which I replied ""not everyone has water dumped on their floors though"" I asked if I could pay the difference between the 96 I paid and the 150 he quoted to just do the job I originally asked for since I never would have tried the zip tie idea if he hadn't told me it would work. This was denied as well because it was ""my choice"" to trust that the plumber's advice would not lead to THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM I called them to fix. I guess I should have known that it wouldn't even last one wash.

She asked if I needed to sleep on it and I assured her that I would NEVER USE GARABEDIAN AGAIN and I would tell others not to either. She said that's your choice.

This company was great. Worked fast on short notice for a great price. They installed a gas range and their quotes beat out the competition by far. Will certainly use again!

Needed help with a gas furnace that had stopped working. Within a few hours of our call, they had someone out to our house who sorted out the issue in no time ( it was us forgetting to make sure the water valve was at the right level - duh!) and at a very reasonable fee. Will definitely call them again for future work.

I have to say, these guys have been nothing but amazing! We started with a waterfall coming from the shower handle and Lynn walked me through what to check and said it wasn't causing damage behind the wall and we scheduled an appointment. Lynn also called to confirm with us that morning to ensure we hadn't forgotten and would still be home.

The tech that came out (Eric) was great! He walked us through exactly what was going on and helped us understand our options. He also ran our to get the parts needed and installed them in no time. We felt comfortable with him and confident that he was getting the job done.

These guys will be our go to should we need any sort of plumbing work in the future!

Not only did they refuse to give me an estimate or quote, they took three hours to hook up a gas dryer and wanted $600 for three hours of labor.

Even if they lower the price, this is a scare tactic they used because I am female and was home alone. Not ok.
