Good or bad, I rarely write reviews on Yelp. But today I have to say, Jesus at Galvan's Custom Plumbing is probably one of the best plumbers I have had the pleasure of dealing with in my 67 years of life!!!!! Twice this man has saved us from problems that could have been a disaster. This week it was very late in the afternoon when all of a sudden we noticed water dripping from a recessed light fixture in our living room. The living room is on the ground floor of our 3 story house so we know it had to be a broken pipe running through the ceiling with no crawl space. A quick call to Jesus, who just happened to be finished for the day and fairly close to us, and he was in our home checking out the situation. Long story short, he saved us from calling an expensive leak detection specialist and returned the following day with the materials and a helper to get us fixed up in just a few hours.

Jesus is quick, honest, honorable and conscientious. His rates are probably standard but his knowledge and speed will save you money and aggravation. Hire this man for your plumbing needs. You will be happy with the results.

Noticed the water heater was leaking during the weekend. Called Monday morning and he came out on Tuesday to look at it and offer me some options. Once I decide what I wanted he left and came back Wednesday morning to install the new heater. When I called the first time I got his voicemail but he called back the same day. He is friendly and trustworthy to me. Would use him again.

Jesus is amazing! His response time and availability to come the following day was definitely appreciated. He arrived on time (even a bit early!) and fixed both issues (slow draining sink and hissing toilet) in less than a half hour. Plus his pricing seemed more than fair. Will use his services again and highly recommend.

Our shower over bathtub stopped working meaning we could only take a bath. Jesus came over and let us know we needed a new faucet which he ordered for us and came back and installed within a week. He was prompt, professional and the final bill was fair. I plan on calling him again when the next problem shows up.

Galvan's Custom Plumbing and Jesus for the win!

Lately, we've been doing some essential home updates and our water heaters were one of the most important things we had to address. Our place had no truly hot water as the tanks were from the 90s and quite corroded. I was impressed they even gave us lukewarm water, tbh. Anyway, that's too big of a job for my DIY mind to tackle so we called the awesome guy who helps my boyfriend at his business, Jesus!

Jesus is pretty busy so prepare to schedule out a bit. He arrived as scheduled, though, and even found a way to come back later because we had bought the wrong parts. SMH. We exchanged them right away based on his recommendations and now we have super hot water. Yay!

When he's working, Jesus is super focused and works fast. I tried to offer him snacks or a drink but he only took a water and concentrated wholly on the tasks for the rest of the time... until the end when he asked if we'd like to use the old tanks as yard decor or have him take them away. Haha

During his return visit, he also did a quick fix on a leaky, loud toilet and took a look at some of the other shower / faucet fixes we need help with. He's coming back next week to work on those extra plumbing issues.

We are glad to have Jesus on our team, for both business and home plumbing needs!

Completely UNRELIABLE. I have used him 3 separate times. The first time he was great. The last two times he flaked last minute. The last and final time I had scheduled an appointment 1 month in advance. I don't live locally so I had the drive out to my rental and at 10pm the night before he text me saying ""I didn't finish my other job"". I kindly reminded him that I had driven up for this appointment so I needed him to come the day of the appointment or day after because at that point I wouldn't be able to find a replacement since it was 10pm the night before a 9am appointment. Since this is the second job that he has canceled last minute it have become clear that he doesn't not respect his clients time.

Our main sewer line has been having problems for years. The line was over 70 years old. Lots of roots and pipe separations. Jesus came and gave me a bid to replace the old ceramic pipe for me. His crew came on a Monday and despite running into problems, Had the 7 foot deep and a 60-foot long trench dug the line replaced by Thursday. They cleaned up the mess before they left.

Jesus Galvan has done 4 custom plumbing projects for me over the past 24 months, all requiring new copper lines, drains, and valves (a shower, a tub/shower, a double-sink vanity, and a laundry center), all done beautifully with works-the-first-time quality.
