Galvan's Custom Plumbing and Jesus for the win!

Lately, we've been doing some essential home updates and our water heaters were one of the most important things we had to address. Our place had no truly hot water as the tanks were from the 90s and quite corroded. I was impressed they even gave us lukewarm water, tbh. Anyway, that's too big of a job for my DIY mind to tackle so we called the awesome guy who helps my boyfriend at his business, Jesus!

Jesus is pretty busy so prepare to schedule out a bit. He arrived as scheduled, though, and even found a way to come back later because we had bought the wrong parts. SMH. We exchanged them right away based on his recommendations and now we have super hot water. Yay!

When he's working, Jesus is super focused and works fast. I tried to offer him snacks or a drink but he only took a water and concentrated wholly on the tasks for the rest of the time... until the end when he asked if we'd like to use the old tanks as yard decor or have him take them away. Haha

During his return visit, he also did a quick fix on a leaky, loud toilet and took a look at some of the other shower / faucet fixes we need help with. He's coming back next week to work on those extra plumbing issues.

We are glad to have Jesus on our team, for both business and home plumbing needs!

Completely UNRELIABLE. I have used him 3 separate times. The first time he was great. The last two times he flaked last minute. The last and final time I had scheduled an appointment 1 month in advance. I don't live locally so I had the drive out to my rental and at 10pm the night before he text me saying ""I didn't finish my other job"". I kindly reminded him that I had driven up for this appointment so I needed him to come the day of the appointment or day after because at that point I wouldn't be able to find a replacement since it was 10pm the night before a 9am appointment. Since this is the second job that he has canceled last minute it have become clear that he doesn't not respect his clients time.

Our main sewer line has been having problems for years. The line was over 70 years old. Lots of roots and pipe separations. Jesus came and gave me a bid to replace the old ceramic pipe for me. His crew came on a Monday and despite running into problems, Had the 7 foot deep and a 60-foot long trench dug the line replaced by Thursday. They cleaned up the mess before they left.

I wasn't sure whether to call an appliance repair person or plumber for a leak in my refrigerator water supply... when I asked Jesus Galvan, he said he could do it. It didn't take him very long and I've used him for other projects as well. He always does a good job.

I had my toilets back up over the weekend while my husband was away and I contacted my AHS Ins co and they contacted a Poe's Plumbing co and a guy came out and it was a nightmare, plus I was charged the $75 to come out, then another $157.50 And he didn't fix my problem!! So my son looked up Galvan's Custom Plumbing and he told me to forget the ins co and call Galvan's Plumbing. Jesus the owner came out that night and did an assessment, came back next day and within 2 hours fixed the problem and was very professional, He was clean, neat, had state of the art equipment and knew what he was doing. Jesus, was a great help to us over the phone. and in person. He is quick, polite and we have use Galvan Plumbing one 3 different occasions. Each time has been with the same response and professionalism. If needed in the future we will always call them again.
