I was in dire straits with no hot water & coming up upon a weekend. I tried contacting 8 plumbers in all & Gallo was one of very few with a live person answering the phone. They were able to quickly help me out in less time than they quoted & in a friendly professional manner. They will be my go to company from now on for any of my future plumbing needs. I am HIGHLY recommending them.

I scheduled Gallo to install an electric hybrid hot water heater (uses a heat pump to assist heating water and minimize electricity consumption) that I had purchased on my own. The tech arrived as scheduled and was very courteous and professional. Hybrid water heaters are not too common yet, and have unique features unlike most water heaters. The tech carefully planned then installed the hybrid with new pipe routing and fixtures. A superb job that's been running well for weeks. The price was more than the estimate; however, I fully understood the additional labor to reroute the piping. My one con: A $75 additional charge for """"travel"""" seemed unreasonable for a 14 mile drive.

Great folks here from the person that initially took my 1st call to the plumbers that came out. We had a backed up toilet and tub. Fixed in a fast timely manner and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.

I have been using Gallo Plumbing for about a year now. Their service has been EXCEPTIONAL. They have completed many tasks at various times, always on time, very professional, and always clean up when they're done (like it's their home). An important thing to me is their reasonable pricing, and they don't sell you services you don't need. I'm not a plumber, what do I know? I appreciate a professional who is knowledgeable and uses their expertise to advise me on the best solution to any problem. Gurgling noises coming from my shower drain were the 'uh-oh' signal that something was wrong. I figured it was also time to have a few minor, but pesky adjustments made by an actual professional (with the right tools and more hand strength than me). I had called Gallo to the rescue once before and was happy with the results, so I felt confident about ringing them up this time. Gallo gave me a rough estimate over the phone and scheduled me quickly. Kyle, the technician who came to do the work, was friendly, hard-working, efficient, and handled all of my problems in no time. update: 3-6-21: i got another company out and they cleared the line, and everything is working perfectly. jason the owner called and texted me, saying he would make it right. it is now a week later and nothing !! he left me hanging !! i gave him and his company a chance-------it's a shame.
