We had a foul smell from under the vanity in the master bath. At first we thought dead vermin but that was not the case. We called Gallo plumbing. Spoke on the phone with the coordinator/telephone contact person, who put me in touch with Del. I had a very good exchange of texts and photos with Del, who diagnosed the problem based on the photos. Then he came two days later with Brandon, and the two of them took care of the problem. Smell gone, thankfully! A faulty """"Studor vent"""" was the culprit, not a dead rat! Thanks to Del especially for his keen understanding of the plumbing business!! We are happy in our new home for Thanksgiving, 2018!!

Fast and responsive. Jason came out on a Sunday to fix a serious sink clog. He was nice, thorough and made sure the job was done right (I really appreciated that he ensured the line was fully clear and spent time snaking it. ) most impressive was the fact he cleaned up around, under and in the sink. Price was fair for a Sunday and I would highly recommend him as he was very knowledgeable.

My back flow device started leaking, more like pouring, from the bottom in the evening on Labor Day. I shut the water down to the house and started looking for a plumber first thing on Tuesday. After attempting to get service with another local company that a) couldn't say when they could be there b) didn't take credit cards and c) required payment at time of service, I found Gallo Plumbing. When I called, Christina was incredibly friendly, professional and fun to speak with! She put me in touch with Jason, who messaged me barely an hour later that my back flow was repaired and water was back on at my home! W O W!!! They emailed me the invoice (which was very fair) and made it very easy to pay online. Going home to 2 teenage girls in the house and no water was not going to be pretty but I was ready to face them. Thanks to the team at Gallo, I didn't have to stress. I cannot say thank you enough and I HIGHLY recommend their service!!

If you are looking for a professional Plumbing Company that still believes in high quality work at a truly reasonable price, then call Jason from Gallo Plumbing. He responded quickly on a holiday weekend I might add. He explained everything to us, pro's and con's and repaired the issue quickly and efficiently. All of the aforementioned is very important to us, because we operate a business in our home and when there are plumbing issues, it can affect our business adversely. Thank you Jason!

Super helpful in getting enclosed water heater exposed so it could be replaced. I also needed a very hard to find water heater size and geometry, and after much searching, Jason found one. I was fixed up in no time and his follow up was great.

NO HOT WATER! Called Gallo and had a return text within an hour, on a Sunday no less. Jason arrived on Monday am as expected and was able to replace (and correct a faulty installation) that day. His estimate was accurate and even secured a reasonable price electrician to correct poor installation by prior contractor. Honest, reliable and a genuine nice man. We highly recommend Gallo.

Once again, throughly pleased with this professional plumbing service. I called spoke with Jason and scheduled them to come on Monday. Need a outdoor faucet replaced and the laundry drain snaked. Monday rolls and I get a call to advise the plumber was on his way and should be here in 15 to 20 minutes. Exactly when Del and Todd arrived. These guys are super nice, clean, and ready to work. Loved it! Both issues resolved in one hour and prices quoted were prices charged! This operation is the way all service professionals should be. We are very lucky to have them working around area.

After some really unpleasnt, surly, downright stupid plumbers in the past, it was a delight to talk to one on the phone (Jason?) and to have two (Del & Todd) in my home, doing exactly what I was told thry'd do, for the price quoted on the phone and in a timely fashion that showed their knowledge and skills.
