I used Gallegos for repair service to my Navien tankless water heater. Other plumbers from their website had not responded or given unrealistic answers about what needs to be done. I realized not many people had access to Navien or knew what to do.
Ray scheduling my service appointment at Gallegos was very supportive and he made sure the technician that showed up was skilled on repairing these units as well as bringing parts with him.
The whole job was done in less than one hour the water heater was up and running and all my frustration with all other plumbers vanished once I could have hot showers again.
All thanks to Nick the technician who knew what to do and had the part in his truck.

I'm not the owner but a renter of our house, so I can't speak for all aspects of what the business does, but they've been helpful to fix our bathroom issues. We thought that our guest bathtub wasn't draining because of something inside it, but it turns out previous owners had put concrete in the wall! Gallegos plumbing has been helpful with this big issue.
