We have used Gallegos many times for various plumbing issues over the years and I am generally pleased with their service. I am conflicted on how many stars to give as this latest service request went unfinished and they have ignored multiple phone calls I have made to follow up with when they plan to come finish their job correctly installing our kitchen sink. The technician who installed it was very friendly but a number of things were not done properly and when I noticed after he left and notified Gallegos the secretary would say oh I am sorry we will have to charge you for a separate house call for this. After spending over $300 on two fees to have this installed and the problems directly relating to the installation (the plumber did not check a few things prior to leaving that were all problematic- the brand new faucet he installed leaked, the faucet head would not turn in certain direction, I attempted to fix this myself with the tangled mess of tubing under the sink that was left there, and the handle of the faucet was loose and needed to be tightened which my husband did eventually himself. The dripping faucet is still a problem as is the inability of the faucet to be move to and stay put in certain positions/angles ) I feel they should make sure this job that has been paid for is done correctly. The secretary said they would call me back after speaking with the owner. I never received a call and again contacted them. I was told the same thing, we will talk to the owner and call you back, and yet again I have never received a call. It is very disheartening but I feel obligated to make this incident know to others as it is something I would want to know when choosing who to use for such services. Again, the plumbers and secretary are all very kind and courteous which makes this review all the harder to write but I have to be honest and they have not followed through on their end of the job nor contacted me each time they say they will.

Absolutely terrible!! The owner cares only about money, will mess up your plumbing and then they are unpleasant and impossible to reach.
Do not hire this mickey mouse plumber!

We had Gallegos install in our garage a new water softening system, a utility sink, and replace our existing hot water tank with a tankless system. Nick, who did the work over several days, was professional, prompt, diligent, and careful. He was able to answer any and all the questions we had. Nick is a star plumber, and we suggest you request him in particular!
