I was in need of a new sewage line and contacted several plumbers for quotes to replace it. Despite being sick Jarrod come out in a couple days, confirmed the issue and provided a very reasonable quote to perform the work. They started the next day. His team was professional, courteous, and hard working. It took them until well after dark to complete the work because it was a big job, but they competed it professionally and without complaint. Gallegos is now my go to plummer.

However, I responded to his email and i called him but again as my previous experience with them, they failed to have the courtesy to respond. No communication is the downfall of any business and confirms for me I do not want to hire a business that does not communicate.

Our old water heater decided to spring a leak and I had to get a new one. As the installation might be a little tricky, I decided to hire a professional to do the install. I've never had to hire a plumber, save for rooter service, so I was apprehensive about how to go about choosing a reputable plumber who charged a reasonable fee. After perusing Yelp I chose Gallegos Plumbing. I sent a message to Jarrod on a Sunday evening and he responded promptly with a quote for the install. The internet is full of information on how much a job like this should cost and Jarrod's quote was very fair. We set an appointment for the following day and he arrived at the appointed time. Jarrod was prompt, pleasant, and professional. He did a great job on the water heater installation and I'll definitely call him for any other plumbing needs. Thanks Jarrod

Honest and affordable!

I was seeking bids for work on my lateral sewer pipe. Another plumbing company had done a sewer lateral inspection for me and reported that we needed $6,500 in repairs, due to poor communication and ignoring several requests to provide the video. I decided to seek bids from other plumbers to do the work.

Gallegos plumbing came out to my house and rescoped the sewer line to see for themselves what repairs were needed before submitting a bid.

Gallegos plumbing shared with me that they did not see any of the problems with the sewer line that the other company reported with the exception of a small root intrusion.

Gallegos plumbing then shared the video with me so that I could see for myself. Rather than keep the information from me and charge me for unneeded repairs, Gallegos plumbing was honest with me and asked me if I would rather they just charge me $150 for the new inspection and submit it to the city.

The next time I or anybody I know needs plumbing work I will be calling Gallegos Plumbing!!!

Nice guys. Their communication was great. They told me exactly where to go to get the part they needed. The plumber met me at my bosses house and waited for me as I was late with the part. He then went and go an extra part that was needed and came back and fixed it. It was fast and they were super nice

I reached out to Gallegos Plumbing, to fix a back-up toilet system in my mom's house. No one else would bother with me, when I called. Mom is 93 and we just started renting her house, so that we can use the funds to pay for her assisted living, which she recently moved in to, in Orange County, near me. Paco was SOOO very wonderful! He fixed the back-up, and then came back the next day and installed two new, power-assisted, low-flush toilets, to replace the non-power-assisted that someone else had installed ripping my mother off and causing continued problems! Paco was so kind and gave us a good price with AMAZING service! There has not been one problem since! It is comforting to know that I have someone to help me, long distance, whom I can count on and who treats seniors with kindness and understanding!
