Galgon HVAC & Mechanical Service, Inc. was started in 2008 by Stephen. Steve's journey from service tech to sales director shaped his vision of what a service company should look like. While working for major mechanical contracting companies and suppliers, he realized that client satisfaction was not the top focus. He came to understand how crucial it is to make certain that customers are met. After years of struggling with a fundamental concept that wasn't successful, he realized that the only way to achieve success was to do it himself. Our approach at Galgon HVAC is straightforward: take care of the customers, and they will reciprocate you.

During our inaugural year, we grew from 3 employees to fifteen team members. Galgon HVAC also holds the belief that if you make the staff content, they will take care of the clients.
