Steve's journey from field technician to Sales Manager shaped his vision of what a service provider should be. During his time with major mechanical contracting firms and vendors, he recognized that client satisfaction was often overlooked. He realized how crucial it is to guarantee that customers are addressed. After years of struggling with a basic concept that wasn't successful, he realized that the right way to succeed was to do it himself. Our approach at Galgon HVAC is straightforward: serve the customers, and they will reciprocate you.

In our first year, the company grew from 3 employees to 15 employees. Galgon HVAC also is committed to the idea that if you ensure the staff content, they will serve the clients' needs.
