Founded in 2008 by Stephen Galgon, Galgon HVAC & Mechanical Service, Inc. has been serving the community since its inception. Steve transitioned from a service tech to a sales leader, imagining what a service provider should offer. While working for major mechanical contracting companies and suppliers, he realized that the customer experience was not the main focus. He recognized the significance of ensuring that customers were satisfied. After years of struggling with a fundamental concept that wasn't successful, he realized that the best way to succeed was to handle it personally. Our approach at Galgon HVAC is straightforward: support the customers, and they will reward you.

In our first year, the company increased from 3 employees to fifteen team members. Galgon HVAC also believes that if you make the team satisfied, they will support the clients.
