Called and they called back fast. Arrived On time and fixed the slow drain in the kitchen

Gary will be my contact from now on when it comes to plumbing issue. I needed help right away and he was able to change his schedule to accommodate my busy schedule. We met and studied the problems. He went on explaining what needed to be done with the rusted pipe that was leaking. He gave me a quote on that same day in the afternoon, and we agreed. On the day he was going to replace the rusted pipe, he learned that he had to notify the HOA which caused a delay. Since I was not available, Gary took the initiative to arrange a time to work on the pipe along with the HOA approval. It was done without any hustle or issues. With that said, I highly recommend GAC Plumbing. Once again, thanks, Gary!

Gary is all about doing it right. It's clear he's been in the business a long time and knows what he's doing. A thorough professional, prompt and courteous!

At the beginning of April my wife and I were faced with a plumbing emergency that left us unable to run any water in our house. In a hurry to find a plumber we found Gary and he was on time, very friendly, professional, very thorough and took the time necessary to fix our problem; working all the way into the early hours of the next morning. We've had nothing but bad experiences with contractors that we've hired to address our past issues with our home but Gary is a true diamond in the rough and we are so very glad that we hired him for the job. You're the man Gary!

What's changed in 2 years? Their website claims ""Same Day Service No Extra Charge for Nights & Weekends. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed."" I called on a Sunday night and said we had a clogged pipe and mentioned that they had come out a couple of years ago and routered the main line really well. The woman said they had no one available. When I asked about a plumber coming out on Monday she said she was sorry but they don't do that kind of work anymore.... They don't come out and clean drains anymore?

I was calling around to fix my sewer pump since it was broken. Gary was the first person to answer. I tried to get a few quotes from others but no one answer. I was a little hesitant without getting other quotes from other companies, but I am glad that Gary answered.
Gary apologized that he could only get there in the next hour. Are you kidding!?!? That was great I was expecting a next day service call. He looked at it gave a pretty good quote. He then explained that he will try to fit me in because this is a health hazard. The next day I got a call and he said he will be their in the morning and will get it fixed! Wow.
Thanks Gary! It was a pleasure doing business with a really honest tradesman.

You will not find a more honest plumber. He was also very easy to talk to and took his time explained how our tankless water heaters worked. Gary could have torn apart my water heater but he had a thought it might be a simple solution, my shower head. And it was...Thanks Gary!!

I needed a new water heater, and decided to have a tankless installed. So I called around, and just had a good feeling about Gary at GAC. He answered all my questions, clearly knew what he was talking about, and never rushed me. It took a few phone calls to figure out exactly what I wanted to do, but Gary was very patient. So I hired him, and purchased the water heater he recommended. The installation went great. It was obvious Gary and his assistant knew what they were doing, and took pride in their work. The tankless water heater has been installed for about a year now, and it has been everything we had hoped. Based on this experience, I can highly recommend GAC Plumbing.

Gary is awesome! He came within 20 minutes on a Saturday night, and fixed our water heater. He is professional and efficient . I am extremely happy with GAC, and Gary!

Our tankless Bosch water heater went down just before Christmas. Called Boden and they responded right away. The diagnosis was a faulty gas valve that would be $500-600 to fix but seeing that the unit was on its last legs would we really want to spend that money?
They could install a new tankless in another location for $5,000 or a condensing high efficiency tank for $3,400 -3,500. The problem was that everyone was shut for the holidays but they would try and locate a unit. Next morning they had indeed found a unit but the price was now $4,000 because there was an extra charge of $300 to open the warehouse (I know it doesn't add up).
I declined their offer. Having by then researched condensing heaters the one I would have purchased, appropriately sized for our situation was available for less than $1,600 on line. Installation should have been very straightforward - gas and power in place and very simple pvc ducting required for a condensing unit. So $4,000 ..................??
I started to call around to locate a replacement valve that I could install. I lucked out with GAC Plumbing form Santa Rosa who are certified by Bosch to work on these units and carry some of the parts. Gary came out right away and pronounced the unit absolutely fine!! After some detective work it turned out to be a 'cross over ' in the plumbing caused of all things by our cleaner having left the faucets open on the tub (they were not running because of the valve on the hand held shower). So I was delighted to pay $200 to have him turn off the faucets!!
If you need knowledgeable service for your Bosch Aquastar I would definitely recommend GAC Plumbing.
